Biking naked in Madrid

I was doing a walk around the Palacio Real in Madrid when my eyes were caught by all these people biking naked .

I think in many countries, people wouldnt never be allowed to do such thing.

    One of the oddest things I have ever seen! I guess being from the Midwest makes me just a bit more tame than these people. Ha haaaaaaa !!
