Planning trip
I’m planning my trip to New York, I went to that site, where they home some webcams on Times Square, this is interesting.
I bought a tourist guide today I don’t like the big tourist guide with a lot of pages, I like the pocket model one with a good map in it and succinct descriptions, I have no need for more.
I checked the hotel I will be so far it doesn’t sound like an interesting one, it is a place to sleep, the hotel is poorly rated on the visitor reviews site TripAdvisor, I will tell you more when I will be there. It will not be a long trip I don’t do long trip, I don’t like them.
I have also to decide where I go in April, if I go somewhere, I don’t know yet, If I go back for one full month in Republic of Georgia in the summer, I’d rather not travel in April and save some money. The people in Georgia they insisted that I come back during the summer because they want to show more than Tbilisi, but I haven’t heard of them much since then, they didn’t forget about me as they come on this website almost daily.
Now if I don’t go to Georgia in the summer or if I have extra money in April, I will be able to make a small trip somewhere in Europe. I have a backlog of place I want to visit Faro (Portugal), Gozo (Malta), the Etna Volcano (Sicily), Roma and of course the part of Andalucia I haven’t seen yet (Cadiz, Huelva, Granada, Salamanca). Chance is I do the trip in Andalucia in June when my Spanish friend start her holiday.
The best place for now sound like Gozo or at least Malta but I don’t know, I m not sure.
I ‘m writing this at a bar and they are 3 Italians at front of me talking in their language, I keep meeting Italians these days, may be, I should attempt Roma ?
I have three weeks to decide.

Thanks Marzie for the tips, yes, a few people recommended me the south of Italy as well.
One of my friend traveled Italy with a backpack, he said he enjoyed the south more.
However, then it will be a relaxation trip more than a cultural one ?
The site I’m interested to see in Italy are the Pompei ruin and the momuments in Roma.
I have to research the sightseeing stuffs in South of Italy, if you have any places to recommend me in the South. Let me know.
Thanks for the advice:)

well if you do go to Italy you have to see Venice as well and then I don’t mean for just one day. Stay overnight, book a hotel in Venice it self and get lost in a cultural oases. Specially in the evening when every tourist has left and you find your self left with the locals. I have never been further south then Rome but I really reccomend you to go to Italy. You won’t regret it.
