Water fasting day 17,18 and 19: Sleeplessness
Posted by: | Commentshmm Fasting is not the tool I hoped it will be. I read that people have improved mental clarity during fasting. Well, it is not my case and I’m on day #19 of a water fast. My chronic headache is back at the same level,as it was before I started. But, my eyestrain and my back pain are really declining (because of the release not the fasting). Aside a hypothetical body detoxification this water fast has no impact whatsoever with what I m accomplishing at this stage.
For the past three days my sleep pattern has been totally messed up. I woke up at 3.15 PM today. It also causes unnecessary tiredness. This tiredness also disturb me when I do the release as I cannot concentrate properly (so much for the mental clarity supposedly gained during a fast). I wanted to buy a juicer three days ago to switch on a juice fast. But, I could not I was too tired. Today, I’m dizzy and I’m again too tired to even go out to buy some water supplies. I have water for one more full day.
After this, I will see what I can do.
Water fasting day 13: routine
Posted by: | CommentsAt this point, it feels like a routine and a level of boredom is taking place. I do see the great benefit of release and I’m seeing new progress everyday but for the fasting part I’m not sure.
All my progress come from the release. I understand that the fasting made me lose some weight, cleaned my colon and the digestive system. But, the reduction of my chronic problems (headache, back, eyestrain) are coming from release. The feeling of more acceptance and greater joy is also coming as a result of releasing.
I have to say that today fasting feel a bit dull.
Water fasting day 12: Fear and it will appears
Posted by: | CommentsIt was another easy day. Even better than yesterday. I had more energy close to normality. I also arrived to a point with my release where I feel joy. Strong, ecstatic joy at a time. I think that it will grow.
I also notice a recurring theme during my release session is that “fear” is the most common barrier to just about anything. Imagine a second what will do you today if you had no fear, no limitation at all.
Maybe, you will be doing something totally different instead of being an accountant for example would be a deep sea explorer. Now, I’m working with that layer of old dreams never achieved , never started all because of fears and limitations. I release on that layer. I will feel lighter afterward. I still have a full junkyard of subconscious programming accumulated over a lifetime ![]()
Our fears and doubts make us defensive. When we’re
are defensive, we are holding in mind what we don’t
want and that’s what we get. As you release your
defensiveness, you see solutions, not problems.
You naturally hold in mind what you want and you’ll
know how to take the offensive and win every time. Lester Levenson
Water fasting day 11: Fasting Is Not Starving
Posted by: | CommentsEveryday, toward the end of the day.I’m telling to myself “Yes, may be, I should break this fast”. Because, usually the end of the day are more difficult with pain in the digestive system or around. But when I wake up the next morning it is all gone and the day goes very easily. It was another easy day.
I even had more energy than yesterday the tiredness was reduced and my heart was weak but not to the point of making a long walk a difficult task.
I went to a far away store to get my curtains done and it was easy this time. Tomorrow, I have to go to pick them up. Let see in what state I will be tomorrow.
Some people believe that fasting is starving. Well, it is not the case. I encourage you to read this authoritative study on the subject:

Water fasting day 10: Conflicting thoughts
Posted by: | CommentsToday was indeed simple with no strong pains. I had even more energy than yesterday. Maybe, because it is my birthday. I got a break.
I can feel that my chronic back pain is healing. If I keep doing the release it will go and the fasting will certain help to repair the area.
My headache was slightly less intense but it here progress are difficult to monitor it may come back strong tomorrow for example.
Master Lester Levenson used to say:
Every problem is an ego problem. In order to have a problem there has to be an ego-frustration.
and I tend to believe him. I found two belief systems within me that are causing conflicting thoughts. Conflicting thoughts are the root of such problems like chronic headache, eyes and back pain. I will work on these belief systems on the surface they look positive, helpful and desirable but I realize it is not the case.
