Samadhi Floatation Tank

When I was in Berlin, I went to Float-Berlin.de they offer floatation tank. Floatation tank are supposed to offer you sensory deprivation while you float on water in a capsule or tank (water is mixed with a certain type of salt to make you float).
It offers great and quick deep relaxation. It also helps your brain to produce theta brainwaves while awake.
My floatation tank was the Samadhi tank that you can see in this video. I made the video right before going in the tank.
The nice music you can hear was the music I heard while I was relaxing in the tank going through a series of emotional release and meditations.

This particular tank had blinking stars in the dark. So it was even a more beautiful experience. It was like looking at stars in the sky during the night.

In 2006 Dr. Carol Look expert in EFT View definition in a new window did an experiment to find out if it was possible to use the simple procedure of EFT to improve eyesight. It was a 8 weeks experiment with initially 400 participants (120 dropped out)
According to that study 75 % of the participants showed an improvement in their vision during and by the end of the study.
25 % of the participants indicated no change or improvement.
Participants had a variety of vision problems such as astigmatism , floaters, myopia, glaucoma, catarats and more.

A range of emotions are linked to vision problems and according to that study anger was the number one issue (42 %).
Followed by anxiety, fear, guilt and hurt. Also something very interesting is that many participants had a fear of seeing (understanding). It is also what Karol Truman author of “Feeling Buried Never Die” find out about vision problems that they were linked to issues such as:

- Not wanting to understand what is seen
- Not seeing the truth
- Fearing the future (including aging)
- Inability to see ones own self worth.

Her list from her book is even longer. Back to the study, Dr. Carol Look wrote about one of her participant called Cheri in those terms:

What she found was that her ability to notice improvement in one of the categories, “Brightness” improved in the range of 50-75% (categorized as a level “4″ in the experiment, a “definite improvement.”) Her “Color Perception” improved at the level of a “3″ (25-50%) and”Color Contrast” improved also by a “4″ or somewhere between 50-75% on the rating scale. Cheri’s reported improvement in her farsighted vision was also rated as “definite improvement” at a “4.”She noticed this particularly when walking outdoors with her walking partner who “got an earful” about the beautiful scenery. She is also now able to watch television from afar. On the final questionnaire, Cheri wrote, “It has been many years since I’ve been able to see clearly the trees and their foliage or to determine if the rattle was a squirrel or a bird. My emotions are deeply buried and will take more work. My eyesight is something I can truly enjoy daily as I continue to work on my emotions.”

Conclusion: Consider the easy method of EFT that you can learn in one afternoon or less.

Energy Medicine and Eyes fatigue

Donna Eden the expert in energy medicine recommends the following for “lazy” eye and fatigue.

Dear Donna: My son was born with a “lazy eye.” Until now he has had an
easy enough time managing it. But he is now a college student, and the intense
studying fatigues his eyes. As a result, he is having a lot more trouble with this
problem. What can I have him do to help himself?

A: Get him into the habit of deeply massaging the K-27 points twice a day,
especially when he is tired. He can also massage the bone/orbit surrounding his
eyes. This is done with the thumbs pointed into the bones that surround the
eyes. The eye bone massage should be done daily and deeply. Also, have him
palm his eyes while breathing deeply for about 30 seconds. I am also a big fan
of the “spindle cell maneuver,” which in this case would be for him to gently pinch
and stretch the eyelid of his good eye twice each day. In addition, the 5-minute
Daily Energy Routine” explained in Chapter 3 of Energy Medicine should help
him not only with his general health and sense of vitality, but also with the “lazy
eye.”


Silva Ultramind system for vision improvement

In the book “Ultramind ESP system” there is an interesting story about Bill Sturdevant, he was plagued with extremely bad eyesight (strabismus) and he used the Silva Control Method during the 70′s to improve his vision , he started in 1978 and in 1981 he stopped wearing glasses and now he has 20/20 vision.
In the book he wrote:

Positive affirmations helped me a lot when I was correcting my eyesight. I had a whole sequence of affirmations I went through, at least three times a day every day, along with visualizations. I still repeat it occasionally.

Note: He was using affirmations at Level (Alpha/theta), at level affirmations DO really work!

Conclusion: You can very rapidly improve your eyesight by combining the three approaches or even using just one of them, the only thing that can hold you back is psychological reversal like secondary gains.
Psychological reversal is easy to handle once you know it is there, just use EFT to blast it!

Improve Your Eyesight Naturally

You can’t wish or hope to be successful. You need to have a structured approach to create the life that you want !

Often, when I chat with friends about my training program there is a bit of confusion because my training seems complex. It is really not that complex when you understand what you need to create your reality . My training program is like an ark at one extremity there is the alpha-theta conditioning to access these brain waves on-demand as needed on the other extremity there is the delta conditionning . It is important to access alpha – theta brain waves because in these states everything of what I want to accomplish can go smoothly and faster and some phenomena such as remote viewing, remote influencing , sending out love energy and creative visualization require these states. I did more session with the Silva Centering exercise,I also started the Mental Video exercise it is great, there is a perception out there that the Silva stuffs is old fashioned, the The Silva Method
is may be old fashioned, what I’m doing here is the Silva Ultramind system and it is far from being old fashioned. It is exactly the system we need in this time.
One good habit to develop is to create an anchor.

What is an anchor ?

Anchors are stimuli that call forth states of mind – thoughts and emotions. For example, touching a knuckle of the left hand could be an anchor. Some anchors are involuntary. So the smell of bread may take you back to your childhood. A tune may remind you of a certain person. A touch can bring back memories and the past states. These anchors work automatically and you may not be aware of the triggers.

When at the level I anchor the state by saying 3 times “Alkazam” (auditory), I visualize the Mount Fujiyama (visual) and I touch my upper teeth with my tongue (kinesthetic). I use 3 sensorial channels the more you use sensorial channels the better your anchor will be because it will stand out by itself compared to your other behaviors, it is recommended to anchor a state when you are at the peak of it, in my case, I choose to anchor the state when I start to perceive hypnagogic images it is a sure sign of being in alpha or even theta. I will continue to reinforce the anchor during the next 30 days, soon, I will be able to access the state at will just by firing my anchor.

How to reach Theta state

Many people want to reach the theta state, I believe it was famed in the 70’s by people like Jose Silva back then it was all about alpha state now it is theta.
What benefits people get when they are in the theta state ?
A bit of history, when Jose Silva discovered the possibilities of altered state of consciousness his life took a turn for the best, the theta state Silva put himself enabled him to bring more of his total self because he had a great source of inner guidance, he even won the lottery with it. However as many people in the “psychic” and the new age community, he didn’t acknowledge this source as being himself it had to be something grander something like a higher self. A higher self is still yourself, a higher self is just allowing more of yourself into your waking identity, no more no less.
The possibility to bring more of the total “you” in your identity is alone worth to learn to be in the theta state.

Another great benefit of exploring the theta state is the fluidity associated with it, creativity and association is a lot faster and clearer in the theta state. Due to the relaxation necessary to reach theta, stress and in most case worries are absent. The fluidity and the stress-free state allows to focus and imagine solution to problems with no showstopper such as doubt, anxiety and any other inhibitor. Basically, the theta state can be used for problems solving and creativity.
