Raise your vibration (Sending Out Love)
Posted by: | CommentsIf you are into Love Sending (What Is Love Sending?) here is a cool trick you can add to your session to give more impact.
If your session is 15 minutes creates a 15 minutes recording with affirmations. You can add a background music if you want. Play your recording while you are sending out love. It will make the session more powerful.
Affirmation B can build on affirmation A and so on. Example:
A: I belong to the infinity and there is one infinity
B: Because, I belong to the infinity I can love myself and accept myself
C: Because, I love and I accept myself I can love and accept others
etc….
You get the idea?
The other way to do it. It’s to play your favorite spiritual lecture in the background. Both method will raise your vibration even higher as you send out love. It does not matter if you cannot catch everything that it is being said. You do this to create an atmosphere. The part you will catch is the part you need to hear to raise your vibration.
Beyond Traditional goals setting part 1
Posted by: | CommentsI’m finally back to posting on this blog, it took time. I moved from Valencia to Barcelona in early December but unfortunately my new flat was far from being ready. Heating system was not installed, walls needed painting, work on the bathroom wasn’t even begun… it took 20 more days for the workers to complete the flat. Now, thanks, I’m properly installed.
The last couple of months, I blogged a lot about the ideas of following your joy as opposed of doing traditional goals setting. Following the impulse of your highest joy, your spontaneity, you will receive what you want faster.
Back in June 2010, I wanted to create my own products, I wanted a product line of audio meditations or something along this line. Later in the summer I came in contact with someone who helped me create my first product by doing the voice of my first audio-guided meditation in English something I could not do with my accent. I also came in contact with Fred Dodson, and now I’m creating and recording the French version of his audio meditations series. By September 2010 the dice was cast and all I wanted was into place. You do not get this kind of “luck” or synchronicity through traditional goal setting.
Because, traditional goal setting doesn’t take into account the nature of our reality ( beliefs and focus create reality)
Here is the difference:
Traditional goal setting:
goal: Create my first guided meditation
step 1 – improve my Spoken and written English
step 2 – reduce my accent
step 3 – record and market the final product.
This could take months or a year at least.
By the law of attraction and by following my highest joy, I simply made friendship with a native English speaker who allowed me to create the product rapidly.

A lot of people have no problem giving love but have a problem receiving love. Many coaches and therapists find that the majority of their clients do not love themselves, even if they claim to do so. When you do not love yourself, your ability to receive and experience love is affected.
You will probably say something like this to yourself:
Why Do I feel So Empty?
The more appreciation, gratitude and respect you have for yourself, the more you can give these things to others. There is an inifinite amount of love to be experienced. However, we limit our experience of love with all sorts of conditions. You do not have to deserve, win, fight for or beg for love.
Love is always there in the background and available to you. If you realise this, you can fill yourself with love. When you give yourself love, life becomes easier. Challenges are met more easily. You will not feel empty any more.
This is why it is important to love yourself. Loving yourself is accepting yourself. Accept yourself right now – the way you are right now. If you think you have let yourself down in some way, forgive yourself for that. Smile, stand tall and tell yourself that you are a good person. This means unconditionally loving yourself. Allow yourself to love yourself unconditionally.
What we often do is try to do battle with the things we don’t like about ourselves. This means that we are creating more resistance and less love toward ourselves. By trying to fight off, break away from, eliminate and by criticizing all these things, we do not feel love for who we are, the way we are.
When we accept the things we are trying to break away from or fix or change in us, we allow these things to dissolve and let go naturally. This principle can be applied to feelings, physical pain and emotional trauma. It is the idea used in the Radiance of Love – Guided Meditation where you will be guided through a series of exercises that will enable you to let go of undesirable things that happened in the past and judgments and negative feelings you may have about yourself.

How to quiet the mind (techniques for beginners)

Often, people decide to take up meditation and they try a few techniques to give up quickly.
The reason for this is because when you quiet your mind the first things you encounter are the buried feelings under the carpet.
Usually, instead of working on their personal issues and inner demons people take an escape. In modern society means of escape, include the Internet (email, web surfing, social network), television, socializing, foods and more.
I would recommend for someone who has never meditate to start some release on personal issues and inner demons. It will do no good to forever escape the issues. If for example you are suffering from chronic stress find out why and do some release on the issues.
They are many release techniques out there (EFT
, Emotrance, BSFF, Sedona ZPoint process).
Walking meditation
If the mind has too much thoughts it can be a challenge to have it rest by sitting and meditating. I would suggest to have a long walk in the wood, a park, the beach, the hills or the mountains. Walking one hour or more in a quiet place will calm the mind. Read More→
