Binaural Beats conditioning is like body building
Posted by: | CommentsA reader asked the question:
What’s the difference between top group and the bottom group?
they all binaural beats?BrainEV, Mind Tek Ultra Meditation, Silva Ultra Mind, Immrama Insight
And
Hemisync/Robert Monroe research and Brain Sync/Kelly Howell
Well, it is very simple this stuff is pretty much like doing body building. You can get some benefits of just doing one session or a couple of sessions once in awhile. However, if you want to build a body, you will have to train with a structured program for a couple of months. When you complete the program then you can do one or two session a week just to maintain it.
It is the same with binaural beats.
Use a program designed to create lasting brain synchrony. For example, after you complete the five-month conditioning cycle with Ultra meditation the effect just doesn’t disappear. The effect will last for a while, even if you stop using binaural beats completely. However, when you have the effect of brain synchrony. It is best to use a CD once or twice a week for maintenance. Once, you have done a conditioning cycle any standalone CD will do just fine, Brain Sync, Hemi-sync, etc….. Read More→
The biggest mistake people make when working with Binaural Beats
Posted by: | CommentsMaybe the biggest mistake people make when they attempt to work with binaural beats is that they do not stick with a specific frequency long enough.
In order to get the full benefit of binaural beats, you have to go through a conditioning cycle. Otherwise, without conditioning cycle your brain doesn’t have time to rewire itself to have an effective lasting brain hemisphere synchronization.
When I got started with binaural beats, I started it right with a full conditioning cycle of five months. In 2001, I worked with Mind-Tek Ultra-Meditation. I had one of the most beneficial brain rewiring ever! The program is composed of five CDs, each month, you start with a new one. That way you learn to reach alpha, then theta, then deep theta then delta …
15 to 30 days, should be the minimum time to evaluate any binaural beat program. I had another long conditioning cycle in 2005 with the Immrama Insight CD (then called Awakened Mind CD), it was eight months, and I got a lot of benefits from it.
In the Silva Ultramind course, they made it clear. In order to reach the alpha state easily, you need a conditioning cycle of 10 hours with their Alpha Centering Exercise ( About 25 days with one session per day)
You can certainly experience some “relaxation response” with just one session. However, the best of what you can gain from working with binaural beats will appear over a certain period of time. Read More→
Hemi-Sync Transcendence CD review
Posted by: | Comments
This CD fits in the same category than the Immrama Insight CD. It is a CD designed for deep relaxation. Hemi-Sync Transcendence CD doesn’t contain any music instead it has a pink noise in the background (pink sound is “white noise” (like the hiss sound from a television after a station has stopped transmitting) that has been equalized for human hearing to create a more pleasing natural sound)
The CD also contains some minimal verbal instruction, however, no real relaxation instruction. During the session you will be asked to relax but you better have a relaxation technique on your own. After a period of time, when you are supposedly relaxed you will receive some more instruction to feel and connect with the “Oneness”.
My personal opinion: If you have Gateway Experience : Wave 1 then the track called Advanced Focus 10 is perfect for the purpose of deep relaxation and stress reduction after a day at work. No need to invest in Transcendence
If you have Immrama Insigth CD sticks to Immrama , you will get nothing from Transcendence.
If you have nothing and if you are looking for a relaxation CD with pink noise then may be for the investment of 19.95 dollars, you could give Transcendence a try. It has also a non-verbal track , so if you don’t need the already minimal instruction then the non-verbal track can be the way to go. Transcendence is cheaper than Imramma Insight CD.
if you dont know how to drive do not blame the car!
Posted by: | CommentsOk, I’m seeing more and more comments that go like this:
“Well, I tried a binaural beats CD and it didn’t do anything to me , I could not relax, blah , blah , “
Binaural beats are very much like cars, if you do not know, how to drive then do not except to reach your destination. Binaural beats do help for relaxing but they do not do the whole trick, that’s why in many products such as the Silvamind and the Gateway Experience, you are guided through a physical body relaxation procedure. The body has to relax and the mind has to relax.
Often, people lack the body relaxation part, these people have a lot of tension and when they listen to their binaural beats without doing any relaxation exercises what they experience is that their tension that they ignored become more prominent. During the day at work or school the tension is ignored, but when listening to a binaural beats and when the attention from the world is removed, these people are left with their tension. It is not going to help them to relax, they might get an headache or a sense of irritation and they will blame their CDs or wonder if binaural beats is a dangerous technology.
It is important to d some relaxation exercises when you use these CDs
Immrama has plenty of relaxation exercises:

Progressive muscles relaxation is good:
