I haven’t posted anything for a long time. If you worried about what was going on. I’m and I was fine, I just needed a period alone away from communicating with people for awhile.

After day 20 – I decided to end the fast and to end the fast properly I went to the doctor early in the morning that day. I had a series of medical tests. I didn’t lack anything in my body all the tests were good.
The doctor gave me instruction to slowly get out of the fast.
On day 21 and the following days, I had to drink isotonic and fruit juices.

I also came out with a lot of insights , new ideas and concepts that I had to digest and integrate.
I had so many of them. I shared some of them with Frederick Dodson and he suggested that I write an e-book with these insights. I started the project but I’m unsure how relevant it is to the regular readers of this blog. I will decide if I make it available to the public at a later time.

In my insights, I found out the difference between high achievers and super high achievers. I studied a couple of people that embodies these values and attitudes. It was something that always fascinated me and I think everyone can learn and advance by modeling on super high achievers (Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Tiger Woods, etc….).

I also had to decide what I want for my future. After this period of fast, new opportunities and new potentials were uncovered. Therefore, I have to make new decisions as I’m a new person.

I’m happy to blog again, I have some ideas for a few guided meditations that I will produce soon.
All in all, I did great during that fasting period. I got a lot from the fasting and the release.
I still do a lot of release around three hours per day. When I was fasting I was doing about 11-12 hours of release per day. Read the past few posts if you forgot or do not know what release is.

And yes. I lost 13 Kg (32 Lbs) in 20 days.

I want to give a few details on the release/dissolve pain technique.

I do an exercise called Open Focus developed by Les Fehmis. It put you in a state of vipassana where your awareness is focused on the totality of your visual field. A side effect of this, is to naturally stop to narrowly focus on pains. Basically, I observe the space around my pains. In the case of my back pain it is enough to cause the release.

In the case of my headache. I also start by opening my focus and then I narrowly focus on my headache. I merge with it and I let it dissolve by opening my focus. It works well for me so far. I feel much better. I need to repeat these exercises for awhile I guess before the conditions disappears completely.

There is a good book called “Dissolving Pain” by Les Fehmis. It is a good start with his other book “Open Focus”. The principle of Open Focus is the same as the principle of Holistic Release that I’m also working with. A topic is two topics (duality). Focus on yourself, focus on other. Let it dissolves soon enough the illusion of other will disappear. You will know what oneness is. It is also working well for me. I’m seeing the beginning of this. As I have said before I feel more appreciation for people and life in general.

I hoped that fasting would create better mental clarity to boost the efficiency of the aforementioned process. But so far I have yet to see this and I’m in day # 14.

Water fasting day 13: routine

Posted by: | Comments (2)

At this point, it feels like a routine and a level of boredom is taking place. I do see the great benefit of release and I’m seeing new progress everyday but for the fasting part I’m not sure.

All my progress come from the release. I understand that the fasting made me lose some weight, cleaned my colon and the digestive system. But, the reduction of my chronic problems (headache, back, eyestrain) are coming from release. The feeling of  more acceptance and greater joy is also coming as a result of releasing.

I have to say that today fasting feel a bit dull.

It was another easy day. Even better than yesterday. I had more energy close to normality. I also arrived to a point with my release where I feel joy. Strong, ecstatic joy at a time. I think that it will grow.

I also notice a recurring theme during my release session is that “fear” is the most common barrier to just about anything. Imagine a second what will do you today if you had no fear, no limitation at all.
Maybe, you will be doing something totally different instead of being an accountant for example would be a deep sea explorer. Now, I’m working with that layer of old dreams never achieved , never started all because of fears and limitations. I release on that layer. I will feel lighter afterward. I still have a full junkyard of subconscious programming accumulated over a lifetime ;)

Our fears and doubts make us defensive. When we’re
are defensive, we are holding in mind what we don’t
want and that’s what we get. As you release your
defensiveness, you see solutions, not problems.
You naturally hold in mind what you want and you’ll
know how to take the offensive and win every time. Lester Levenson

Everyday, toward the end of the day.I’m telling to myself “Yes, may be, I should break this fast”. Because, usually the end of the day are more difficult with pain in the digestive system or around. But when I wake up the next morning it is all gone and the day goes very easily. It was another easy day.
I even had more energy than yesterday the tiredness was reduced and my heart was weak but not to the point of making a long walk a difficult task.

I went to a far away store to get my curtains done and it was easy this time. Tomorrow, I have to go to pick them up. Let see in what state I will be tomorrow.

Some people believe that fasting is starving. Well, it is not the case. I encourage you to read this authoritative study on the subject:
