I-DOSE is a binaural beats vendor with a rotten marketing based on equating binaural beats to “digital drugs”. I believe that they are not familiar with the dictionary definition of drug (chemical substance ). However, now we have I-BLISS (it is a ebook from the company PRANAHIGH LLC). “Prana high” again is this a rotten association ?
Prana-High claims to have a binaural beats technology that doens’t require the use of headphone. They also claim that they use Egyptian Geometry (Like it can make a difference, right ?)
Their product was developed in a Quantum Lab (wooo, like it can make a big difference ?) You can read their PR below. But, I would stay very skeptical.

Digital Drugs and i-Dosing have received mainstream media coverage in the past few months as teenagers listen to binaural beats from online music downloads. Now, PranaHigh, LLC is taking binaural beats beyond recreational usage to help people reduce stress, sleep better, get pain relief and live healthier, more balanced lives through music downloads that do not require headphones.
“Binaural technology has been around for quite some time and was really big in the early 80s,” says Scott Borders, musician, sound healing specialist, and founder of PranaHigh. “But, until now, you’ve had to use headphones to access the frequencies because the technology worked by putting different signals in each ear. Binaural beats, isochronic beats and monaural beats are elements of Brainwave Entrainment, a theory that the brain can be stimulated with certain frequencies to achieve a particular result such as increased energy, clarity or relaxation. Traditional binaural beats deliver a different frequency in each ear, maybe 100-hertz in one ear and 104-hertz in the other ear, and the brain interprets the difference between the two frequencies, 4 hertz, to achieve a particular state. Isochronic and monaural beats used in PranaHigh downloads create the same results, but the frequencies are delivered through speakers so headphones are not required.

The biggest mistake people make when working with Binaural Beats
Posted by: | CommentsMaybe the biggest mistake people make when they attempt to work with binaural beats is that they do not stick with a specific frequency long enough.
In order to get the full benefit of binaural beats, you have to go through a conditioning cycle. Otherwise, without conditioning cycle your brain doesn’t have time to rewire itself to have an effective lasting brain hemisphere synchronization.
When I got started with binaural beats, I started it right with a full conditioning cycle of five months. In 2001, I worked with Mind-Tek Ultra-Meditation. I had one of the most beneficial brain rewiring ever! The program is composed of five CDs, each month, you start with a new one. That way you learn to reach alpha, then theta, then deep theta then delta …
15 to 30 days, should be the minimum time to evaluate any binaural beat program. I had another long conditioning cycle in 2005 with the Immrama Insight CD (then called Awakened Mind CD), it was eight months, and I got a lot of benefits from it.
In the Silva Ultramind course, they made it clear. In order to reach the alpha state easily, you need a conditioning cycle of 10 hours with their Alpha Centering Exercise ( About 25 days with one session per day)
You can certainly experience some “relaxation response” with just one session. However, the best of what you can gain from working with binaural beats will appear over a certain period of time. Read More→
Binaural Beats for sleep
Posted by: | CommentsA couple of years ago, I had trouble to find sleep and I experimented with various products to help me to find sleep. In this post I share my personal opinion about the products I tried, keep in my mind that someone else can have a completely different experience of what I had with the same products.
The year of testing was 2003 for most of the products.
Natural Sleep Inducement
Most of the reviewers at Amazon.com gave this CD a positive review, it was one of the first I tried for the purpose of putting myself into a restful sleep. Sadly for me, It didn’t work well, may be, it was the headphone that I wasn’t used to wear at the time, I don’t know. I tried that CD a couple of times and then I gave up on it to never return. Listening to crashing waves on rocks may not be for everyone.
Delta Sleep System by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson
The music is quiet and calming however it is not a music style that I would like to listen at night. My automatic response to this CD was to wait until the end so I could get some sleep .Because, I could not use this for sleep, I used it for meditation instead.
Sleep Deep Hypnosis by Wendi.com
This one worked for me beautifully, it is a nice music combined with a hypnosis script that lead you gently into sleep. What I liked the most about the CD was the rich visualization involved and because of this exercise of visualizing scenaries I had vivid dreams. It was a very good CD for me.
Brainsync Ecstasy
Most of the Brainsync CDs I have, do not put me into sleep but strangely enough this Ecstasy CD was a title that I could use to get a restful night of sleep, I usually fell asleep before the end of the CD. Composed by Robert Schwimmer this is one of the best brain sync CD in my collection, I also used this CD to play with Kundalini 
meditation.
