3 things to do when you are discouraged!
Posted by: | CommentsSometimes, for one reason or another you might be discouraged may be your expectations haven’t been met. Here is a series of things you can do.
1 – Recognize that you believe that your reality cannot support you.
If you are working on a project, and you are feeling discouraged then maybe you have the belief that your reality cannot support you, no matter what you do, it will fail. In this case, examine why you have the belief. Are your expectations fitting what you believe is possible for you at this time? Do you believe you can succeed? Do you believe you deserve to succeed?
If you have negative beliefs about yourself, they affect greatly what you can achieve in your life.
Find the limiting beliefs, release them and choose to believe in yourself.
2 – Change your approach.
Let say that you perceive yourself as a creative person, and you want to write a book. You started writing but quickly got irritated because you are going nowhere. Because, you see yourself as a creative person you are upset at yourself because you cannot get going then your anger turn into discouragement.
Now, a solution, could be to ask someone who is successful at the same thing what that person has done or if another person isn’t available you might want to find information about what someone successful in the same field as done differently.
You might find that the successful writer was mind mapping ideas for the entire book, mind mapping for chapters and even creating the mind maps for each chapter thus having a detailing roadmap of what to write, on the other hand, you might find that your approach was just to sit and write and hope for ideas to pop up. Changing your approach can help you greatly when you are discouraged.
3 – Act as if you were the person you want to be.
Desperate behaviors create desperate reality. Decide to see yourself as successful at what you want to create. Visualize yourself vividly with the feelings as best as you can as a successful person, use your imagination. Do this everyday and soon enough it will influence your behavior. You will receive impulses to move in the correct direction. New possibilities will open to you as you change your thoughts. You see it is very simple if you change your thoughts your ideas will change and your possibilities and probabilities will change as well.
There is no goal to achieve out there
Posted by: | CommentsI was thinking about the idea that our point of power is in the present. We create our past and our future both in the present according to our beliefs and we produce past memories in the present. A couple years ago, I explained in a post on forgiveness, how a profound experience of forgiveness changed my past memory of the event.
The future is structured the same ways according to our beliefs, we will actualize certain experiences and ignore others. If all possibilities and probabilities exist at the same time in the present and if there is no outside and all experiences are within then there is no goal to achieve out there. Time is an illusion, Space is an illusion and our higher mind or soul is creating our physical body and all the things that it can perceive. We are made of ideas not really solid stuffs, atoms aren’t solid.
How these concepts relate to what you want to achieve in life ? Well, it is very simple and I have repeated this many times. If there is no goal to achieve out there, because there is no out there then just “act as if” and fill your self with the feelings of what you want. It will adjust your vibrations and beliefs and will actualize this probable future where you have what you want. You can become for example a movie star very easily if you wish too , there is no need to struggle for years , see Fred Dodson story “The Hollywood Experiment” from his book Parallel Universe of the Self.
In the yesterday post, I talked about following our highest excitement an idea that Bashar (Channeled by Darryl Anka) see as essential. I understand that by following our highest excitement, we are more of our true self and it automatically propels us to our best ideal probable future. When we are separated of our true self or true identify and we have been feed with beliefs that aren’t really us then it is difficult, you need to have goals and make plans to achieve them with struggle. The easiest way to achieve anything is to be that thing “act as if” and feel yourself with the energy of the thing you want to achieve.
The impossibility to change the world

“To change the world, change yourself” what does it really means by that. Our world is the world that represent our beliefs. If you believe in XYZ then in your world or your reality will be made of XYZ. The world outside is an illusion or a reflection of what you have within, your vibrations. There is no outside.
It has been established in quantum physic that the observer is not separated from the object being observed. They are the same creation.
You create your reality , this includes your physical body, your surrounding and your experiences. There is no outside. When you and your friend go inside a room, you are both creating your own version of the room. The room may seem to be identical on some levels only because there is telepathic link between people [1]. Because there is no outside [2]. You are not really separated from other people. Separation is also an illusion to experience certain ideas such as polarity and others concepts.
You can be on a mountaintop with a friend and see a spaceship and tell your friend about it. Your friend might not see any spaceship, if he has rejected the idea of UFO sighting. UFO sighting isn’t part of his reality . You can only be in realities that you vibrationally match with your belief systems. Read More→
16 very limiting and useless beliefs people have about themselves and the world
Posted by: | CommentsIf you have one the following beliefs, you should really consider working on it with EFT
or any other method to change belief. These beliefs are limiting and false. I got the list from the book The Nature of Personal Reality: A Seth Book by Jane Robert . (page 23)
- Life is a valley of sorrows.
- The body is inferior. As a vehicle of the soul it is automatically degraded, tinged.
- I’m helpless before circumstances that I cannot control.
- I’m helpless because my personality and character were formed in infancy, and I’m at the mercy of my past.
- I’m helpless because I’m at the mercy of events from past lives in other incarnations, over which I now have no control. I must be punished, or I’m punishing myself for unkindness done to others in past lives. I must accept the negative aspects of my life because my karma.
- People are basically bad, and out to get to me.
- I have the truth and no one else has. Or, my group has the truth and no other group has.
- I will grow frailer, sicker, and lose my powers as I grow old.
- My existence is dependet upon my experience in flesh. When my body dies my consciousness dies with it.
You may feel that the flesh is inherently bad or evil, that its appetites are wrong. Christians may find the body deplorable, thinking that the soul descend into – “descent” automatically meaning the change from a higher or better condition to one that is worse.
Followers of Eastern religions often feel it their duty, also, to deny the flesh, to rise above it, so to speak, into a state where nothing is desire. (Emptiness in Taoism for instance) Using a different vocabulary, they still believe that earth experience is not desirable by itself.
Now, again from the same book a list of more intimate beliefs, you may have about yourself (NOPR, jane Roberts, page 24)
- I’m sickly, and always have been
- There is something wrong with money. People who have it are greedy, less spiritual than those who are poor. They are unhappier, and snobs.
- I’m not creative. I have no imagination
- I can never do what I want to do.
- People dislike me.
- I’m fat
- I always have bad luck
These are useless beliefs that so many people held, you can have fun working on them and great personal development. Many tools are available NLP, EFT, SEDONA , Self-hypnosis and much more.
Making fun of your negative beliefs
Posted by: | CommentsI found an interesting thing to do to weaken the power of a negative belief.
Write down a belief that is not serving you for your best interest.
Then go to Youtube, watch this (recommended!) or certainly this (oh my god) with your belief in mind.
As you laugh watching, the video if you do laugh, think of your belief and think, how it is ridiculous, as you laugh and you have all those good vibes, use this to create scenarios where you belief appears even as more ridiculous, funny and asinine.
Do you it as long as you can because it is helping you to weaken the intensity of the belief.
Once you are done with that, you can do a regular EFT
session by then, the belief will be weak enough, you will not need much work, providing you do not have psychological reversal and a nest of aspects to that belief.
In any case, it is a good start to work on diminishing the influence of “negative” beliefs.
