Approach Anxiety

Many guys suffer from what is called “Approach Anxiety”. This is the fear of approaching and interacting with a stranger you find attractive.
Approach anxiety can only exist in a reality where someone is looking for love or approval outside of himself. Looking for love outside of yourself cause indeed anxiety because 1) there is risk you do not receive it 2) there is risk of rejection or that your sense of self worth risk to be threatened causing an even more deep sense of not being loved.
There is no love outside of yourself. Looking for love where it is not, can only cause trouble and disappointment.
Once you decide to love yourself to give yourself approval. You will not get any anxiety from approaching strangers you find attractive even if they reject you. In fact, in many cases strangers will appraoch you instead.
If someone rejects you, it is only for two reasons because you are also rejecting yourself on some level (Like attracts like) or it is about them, rejecting themselves on some level.
Guys who do not love themselves think they are not enough and that they need to do something about it such as learning seduction techniques. What the seductionists seducers do is to put a good show for a girl and they hope to be rewarded for it.
Just like a 4-year old kid would do to get approval from the parents. Seduction is for emotionally immature people that are still in small children within.
Seduction experts will tell you that the fear of rejection will never truly leave you. Of course, being a seduction expert is basically chasing in the outside what is not really there. It can only feel painful at the end.
If you suffer from approach anxiety learn to give yourself approval and decide to be the source of love.
Love is a state of givingness. No need to be a love-hungry cannibal ![]()
There is a technique you can do that is called polarity surfing. It is very simple. You just have to accept both sides of a topic by accepting both sides they dissolve in each other then it is easy to decide which side you want to experience. You are no longer in a state of resistance.
If you drop resisting being rejected then you free the energy, you can allow yourself to be accepted.
Here is the polarity surfing release you can do:
- Ask yourself out loud:
Can I allow myself to be rejected by women/men as much as I do ?
Answer yes or no, out loud, and feel it. - Ask yourself out loud:
Can I allow myself to be accepted by women/men as much as I do ?
Answer yes or no, out loud, and feel it. - Ask yourself out loud:
Can I allow myself to love and accept myself as much as I do ?
Answer yes or no, out loud, and feel it. - Ask yourself out loud:
Can I allow myself to be guilty and reject myself as much as I do ?
Answer yes or no, out loud, and feel it.
Go back and forth between these release until you feel at peace or some relief. You can continue with:
Can I allow myself to be my own source of love?
Can I deny myself to be my own source of love?

Scripting process and inner guidance
Posted by: | CommentsSomething I see all the time with people working with the law of attraction is that they will start to visualize their goal and they will quickly receiving guidance but they will not act upon it.
An important part of success with the law of attraction is precisely to follow the guidance you receive. That’s the way that $100 dollars wallet process came up to my awareness. Check out this video by Doreen Virtue. She explains the importance to follow your inner guidance when you use the law of attraction.
A few days ago, the inner guidance was for me to do the “Scripting process”. I’m not sure about the origin of the process. You can find it in the Abraham-Hicks material. I have done it yesterday, I scripted an event I want to happen I wrote the scenes, the dialogues etc… It was good because I went through all the ranges of emotions as if it was a real event. It is recommended that you do the scripting when you feel good. That why I do the scripting after 30 minutes of sending out love.

Don’t forget – this is really really key – you should FEEL GOOD while writing. Abraham says that “everything we want, we want because we think in the having of it we will feel better.” Abraham also says “feel good to feel good, not to get the manifestation”! So the processes they offer are not “recipes” for manifestation. They are ideas for focusing. The act of writing, as has already been mentioned, is an act of FOCUS, so the Universe is getting a big concentrated dose of your vibration as you write. So check your vibration before you script. Put yourself in the virtual reality of your desire, and if it feels GREAT, start writing!! You are creating worlds!! When I look back at things I scripted that are now part of my life, or are experiences I’ve already had, I am amazed at the power of this process. JODY
The clean-up procedure (Law of attraction technique)
Posted by: | CommentsIt is day 13 of 100 day challenge and I’m getting in a good and effective routine. I came up with something I call the clean-up procedure. It is designed to manifest faster a goal you had difficulty to manifest.
It is a new procedure for me. I have done it only a couple of time but so far I’m seeing positive results. I might improve the procedure in the coming weeks.
Use this for the important goals.
Step 1 – Clean-up fears
Put your attention on your goal and see if a fear shows up. Fear of failure? fear of success? I do not deserve?
You could also ask yourself the Bashar’s question:
What would I have to believe, in order to end up being afraid of this right now?
I personally do not ask any question. When I work on a big manifestation I usually have dreams about my goal and usually the dreams reveal the beliefs I need to release.
Release the fear to do this you can use the Sedona Method, EFT
or other methods. They are many techniques to release beliefs choose the one you like. I use Sedona stye of release. If you have the Sedona course you have all these styles of release in the basic course.
If no fear show up then move directly to step 2 or when you finish with this step move on to the next.
Step 2 – Release On Lust
See if there is any lust linked to your goals. If you are single do you lust a some partners?
If you are a business person do you lust sales or deals?
Let go of the lust. Release it!
Step 3 – Negative beliefs
See if you have negative beliefs about your goal. Here again release your negative beliefs.
It is easy to find negative beliefs linked to a goal. Use the Bashar’s questions if necessary.
- “What would I have to believe, in order to end up feeling this way?”
- “What would I have to believe, in order to end up perceiving this type of physical reality?”
EFT , Sedona they are many techniques to let go of negative beliefs.
Step 4 – Do the reality creation technique
This is the technique you use for the law of attraction.
After this, you are done. You can start the day.
You can do ten minutes per segment.
Exercises for playing with the law of attraction
Posted by: | CommentsI continue to play with that 100 day challenge. Whether you do it or not here some exercises I had fun with.
1 – Think about something you want to create in your life.
2 – Visualize it totally completed. Do this for a few moments.
3 – Visualize your manifestation from someone else point of view someone you do not know. See the thinking patterns and the thoughts. Imagine all of that. It will help to gain new insight.
4 – See your manifestation from the point of view of someone who will strongly benefit from it. See the thinking patterns and the thoughts. Feel the joy and gratitude. See how what you want to create benefit other people. See it from their perspectives.
This exercise should give you more motivation and a few insights about what you want to manifest.
Acting “AS” Not as if:
1 – see what you are doing in the new reality. What you feel, act and say. Do you have new habits? Pay attention to the way you are in the new reality.
2 – Start to adopt the new behaviors and habits in your current life.
As you immerse yourself in the energy field of what you want to create. You will become it. Very simple! It is old teaching but only a few people actually do it.
If you want to manifest more love in your life then act as best as you can as if you had already more love.
i.e. if I had more love into my life I will probably eat a strawberry cake instead of saying “no” to yummy dessert, I will redecorate my house and I will invite friends over to have a barbecue.
Now, do All of this to the degree you can accept these things. Maybe, you refuse to accept to redecorate the house unless you can share it with someone them go for the strawberry cake or the barbecue. Do the stuffs you can accept the more you can accept to be the new you the faster you will be that new you.

How to lose weight with the law of attraction

5-step to lose weight

1 – Take a decision and stick to it! it is just a question of discipline
2 – Release and let go of resistance you are feeling in the body as hunger
3 – Visualize yourself with your ideal weight
4 – Stop eating sugar and carbs for awhile eat fruits, vegetables and drink a lot of water instead
5 – Move! do some sport or some long walk in the park or forest.
