Discipline at its best

I started Day 1 of the “100 day challenge”. If you do not know what this is all about watch this short presentation video.

It was a very busy day. I mean it was busier than yesterday. Yesterday, I completed the massive action plan from Gary.So today was packed with an action list that I had go through.
One of my goal is to make a documentary film about the Law of Attraction (in French). I realize that I do not have a script.So for that project I work in three areas or there are 3 actions.
- Listen to “Beyond the Winning Streak” that’s a great audio-book and it can serve me as source of inspiration to base my script on. It is an audio book about manifesting based on the Seth Material.
- Complete video editing training from Lynda.com , I signed up several weeks ago. They have great training
- Complete motion graphic and animation training from Lynda.com
(I will add more actions as the project progress, such as finding actors and filming location etc…)

Inner peace goal. It is difficult to explain what inner peace is. But I can recognize the state. If you have been through the meditation mastery program from Hieu Doan or similar you know it too. Today, I resumed a simple vibration raising meditation that I used to do.
I’m also reading Sri Ramana Maharshi the thought of the day is:

“The world does not exist without the body, the body never exist without the mind, the mind never exists without the consciousness and consciousness never exists without the reality”

As for the wealth goal, the goal that many should work on because face the reality if you are an American or European and if you are not among the 10% wealthiest of the U.S or E.U then you are poorer than you were in 2008. Unless, you consciously manifested the opposite condition. The value of things declined during these years. If you had come here for holiday in 2002 a cup of coffee will have cost you about 1,50 dollars but now this same cup of coffee will cost you maybe 4 dollars. The purchasing power of the dollars simply diminished. If you do not move forward you go backward.
I personally think that today people will be better and freer as self-employed assuming they have a good base of passive income (income you get without working) . My wealth goal is to increase both my passive and active income.
I thought I will try to build 10 000 euro/month but I don’t like the sound of it. So I choose to go for 15 000 euro/month. It might take a lot more than 100 day but I do not care. The 100 day challenge is there to cultivate new habits that can be included in a lifestyle to create long and lasting success.
A good starting and measurable point for that 100 day is to have ALL my expense covered by passive income. Now, I’m almost there already so It is not something extraordinary it is just a question of doing those extra miles.

One book, I like about wealth building is Fred Dodson’s Prosperity Consciousness. I will read the book again , take notes and apply what I learn. As a matter of fact, a few months ago, I did a careful study of the book and how it applies to successful poker players. I sent my study to Fred Dodson and he liked it. He suggested that I make a book out of it. So maybe, I make this a book and I have a new stream of passive income ? :)

See they are a lot of things we can do to build passive income.
- Real estate
- Money from a book deal
- Money from Advertising from your website if you have one. etc…

Youtube invited me to monetize my videos as they are getting more popular. I will sign-up later today.
I’m eager to see the Gary’s video for day 2. Each day there is a new video. I start the day watching the video and I do the exercises, reviews my action plan and go through my action list. This is discipline at its best!

I remember back in 2009 I was invited to participate in Gary Ryan Blair’s 100 day challenge at the time I didn’t take it. Today, I have been invited again. This time I will participate since I’m working on some important goals.
This structured 100 day challenge could help me to advance well into the realization of my goals. If you need to know what this 100 day challenge is all about watch this quick intro video and keep reading ;)

I fully agree with what Gary said about achieving goals most of the failure come from broken commitment. I see this all the time with myself and others. Often someone will pick up a “cool” technique and experiment with it for a few weeks then that person will stumble upon a new book or something and give up the other technique before seeing any meaningful result.
This is a broken commitment at its best.

I decide to go through my wealth and career goals at this time. Recently, I started to produce and publish a lot of videos for my French Youtube channel about the so-called Law Of attraction the channel grew from 91 views/day in mid-july to about 500 views/day as of now.
My channel keeps growing. Making videos is something I love a lot. I decided to make a small half-hour documentary about manifesting with the law of attraction for my youtube channel.
So one of my goal is to do that documentary film. It can showcase myself as a capable documentary filmmaker. In fact, two people have already offered  me some job to direct some of their stuffs.
Doing films cost a lot more than running a website. Consider my very simple weightloss video -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APcegS_cIDY (English version) I had to buy royalty free music and stock pictures.

So I will go on and increase my revenue. In August, I was able to double my online revenue (sales from my products, affiliate products and advertising) with no effort. Therefore, doubling my revenue will not be the goal. One thing, I want to do in the future is to travel all over the world and produce nice and interesting videos (meditation videos in the Maldives), Yoga videos in the Seychelles etc…
In a way, I’m already doing it. Check out my Yoga Youtube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/yogahdtv I just want to go bigger with this. I think if I make 10000 or 15000 euro (net monthly income) I could do all of this on my own terms. My family and friends could also benefit from me having higher revenue. The sum seems high enough and it motivates me.

It was indeed massive. It took me hours to complete it. I wrote for five goals. Tomorrow, I will start day 1 and go through my plan and the Gary instruction for that day. I downloaded the small program “Accountability Coach” this program will help me to stay on track.

I will details my journey on this blog. It forces me to walk to walk. I will also discuss about the other goals as well. One is to return to the great peace of mind I had after months of training with a program called Meditation Mastery from Hieu Doan. Usually, when I have that great inner peace I have better creativity and my manifesting go smoother and faster.

5-step to lose weight

 

1 – Take a decision and stick to it! it is just a question of discipline
2 – Release and let go of resistance you are feeling in the body as hunger
3 – Visualize yourself with your ideal weight
4 – Stop eating sugar and carbs for awhile eat fruits, vegetables and drink a lot of water instead
5 – Move! do some sport or some long walk in the park or forest.

Resistance Is Futile

There is something to learn from the famous quote from the Borg in Star Trek : “Resistance is Futile!”

Because, it is the true. Resistance is indeed really futile. No matter what you resist it will persist. So why torture yourself by resisting?

Consider these examples. Some countries are fighting what they refer as illegal immigration yet in these countries the numbers of so-called illegal immigrants are increasing not decreasing in spite of the fight.
The war on drug? Illicit drug use statistics have barely changed during the last decade. If there is an improvement. it is not because of law enforcement and prevention. It is because individual have increased their level of consciousness and moved on to something more productive.
It is the same with the war on terror, people have put a lot their attention in to that therefore they feel more terrorized than ever.

What we focus on individually or collectively tend to manifest. The only way out is to release, let go and move on. If you do not like something in the world you live in, bless it and put your attention to something else. Remember, it is not that you are in the world but you are your world. If you want enchantment in the world then affirm enchantment. See the enchanting things and bless them. The more you put energy into this the more it will become prominent into your life.

If you think you are ugly and you want to be beautiful. Follow what Audrey Hepburn recommends:

“For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.

For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.

For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.

Humor is one of the best way to release and let go. Consider journalist Norman Cousins who was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 1964, a rare disease. They gave him a few months to live. But, Norman Cousins used humor and vitamin C to cure his disease. He watched a lot funny movies. He laughed, he laughed. Laughter is a way great to release and let go of tension and buried emotions the source of disease. It added 26 years to Norman Cousins life. ;)

I’m currently reading the book “The Secret Of Quantum Living” by Frank Kinslow. It is a book about healing based on the idea that past, future, out-there, outside are source of suffering. Staying here and now in the present is the source of relief and healing. This premise reminds me of the idea in the Seth books (Jane Roberts) that to create any reality we want the present is our point of power. There is no power in the future or the past or outside of yourself because those things don’t really exist. Therefore it is pointless to go looking for an escape in somewhere, someone or something! ;)

“You can die in a car crash. 1 – if you have decide to die. 2 – Your experience is always real even if the car is not 3 – Your daily life is a valid experience 4 – A dream is a valid experience 5 – In the UNIVERSE there is no accident!”

In his book Frank Kinslow encourages us to recognize that we are pure awareness in a state of observation. The WE that we really are is observing the creating that his our lives. The book from Kinslow is incredibly filled with fluff talk. I’m at chapter three but he hasn’t presented his healing method yet. But so far he presented an exercise to grow your fingers longer thus demonstrating that your pure awareness creating a reality. Below is a video with that easy to do exercise.
