I got this question pretty often:

What binaural beats CD is good against attention deficit disorder (ADD) / attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) ?

In a study conducted by Robert Sornson on a group of children aged six to fourteen years, all of whom had been diagnosed with ADD. Several binaural beats tones were tested. The best changes in the mood and behaviors of these children were gained with the use of 12 and 16 Hz tape.

“Often, children with ADD demonstrate unusually slow brain-wave activity, with a higher than normal theta to beta ratio. Neurofeedback training for ADD typically focuses on decreasing theta activity (4 to 7 Hz) and increasing beta activity (12 to 18 Hz). ” Monroe Institute

In this case, the use of a binaural concentration CD could be helpful. A good one from Hemi-sync is Seasons At Roberts Mountain Album. The Seasons album mix Vivaldi music and binaural beats, it was designed to help people with ADD/ADHD and dyslexia. Another good one from Immrama is The Focus CD. This one uses white noise meaning no background music just rain or ocean waves.

Another alternative to binaural beats CD is a technique called Open Focus. According to Dr. Les Fehmis the mis-use of our natural attention processes is at the bottom of a number of problems, such as attention deficit disorder (ADD) / attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I highly recommend his book “Open Focus” the book comes with a CD that has the technique.

It is easy to prepare for a job interview with the help of the law of attraction. We will look at two techniques to help you do that.

One word of caution, sometimes it’s not in your higher-Self best interest to manifest a job at a certain company, even though you might not be aware of it. What could happen is, that you don’t get the job that you wished for, instead, get a different job later, that is much better for your path.

So do not assume that if you didn’t get the job at a particular company using these techniques, you have failed. If it happens to you do not take it as a failure. Just tell yourself that your higher-self will attract you an even better opportunity.


Focus-wheel and scripting

Begin with a focus wheel about the issue of having a new job. The focus wheel is described in the video below.


If you have done the focus-wheel, you must feel fine or good about this issue. Now, you can proceed to the scripting technique. Use the scripting technique only when you feel good about the issue, and when you do not have any pressure.

Take a sheet of paper and write down the script, the scenario of your job interview. Describe everything as best as you can. You can even include the dialogues you will have. Obviously, you will create a win-win scenario for you and the company you want to work for.

Role-Play

Here, you will simulate and “act-as if.” The closer to the real thing you play it the bigger the effect will be. As you play the role of your  successful job interview, you become of that vibration and from there it is easy to get a job.

Put on the clothes you will wear at the job interview. If you can find a similar room that you expect to be during that job interview go there to do this. Act, talk and imagine the dialogues! Play with it like, if you were an actor in a movie. These exercises will do a lot to create the reality you prefer.

I designed my own release techniques program, and it works for me. But, what is releasing anyway?

It is a series of very simple techniques that allow to let go, un-focus, abandon emotional resistances.
When you let go of all the emotional charge from a limiting belief, i is easy to let go of that belief to something more beneficial.

If you are working on manifesting something you can release on it to let go of your attachment and aversion both attachment and aversion are beliefs that prevent you to have what you want.
The attachment causes lack and it says to you: “You do not have it.”
Your aversion is your way to push away from you what you want due to conflicting beliefs.
For example, if you value generosity, and if you want to be rich, and you think rich people are not generous. That will create a conflict because, you want to honor being generous more than being rich. Now, you can use release techniques and solve this conflict and create a situation where you are rich and generous by discharging the negative emotions caused by the conflict. When there is no conflict. It is easy to be what you choose to be and have it all.

I tried both methods and I haven’t been that lucky with them. The things started to click, when I began to use a stress-reduction technique called Open Focus. After a few weeks of Open Focus training one form of release was finally producing persistent results.

Polarity Surfing

They are people that want something because it will give them pleasure. These people tend to develop some level of attachment. They are people who want to create something to run away of something else. For example, they want to manifest wealth to run away of poverty. These people tend to develop some level of aversion.

You have to know what is your motivation strategy. You want a partner because you want to run away of loneliness, or because you want to share love.
In the later case, there is a risk to develop strong attachment to the outcome. In this case, the basic release technique will work perfectly. You will have to let go of that “wanting.”
A good book that will teach you do to just that is Reality Creation Technique by Frederick Dodson.

Now, if you want something to avoid something else then you have to deal with your aversions. For example, if you want to more money because you feel you do not have enough. That is clearly an aversion to poverty. In this case, the basic technique might or might not work well for you.
But, what will definitively work is polarity surfing. It means being totally OK with what you are trying t run away from.

An example of polarity surfing would be as follows. these questions below by “yes” or “no.” Go back and forth until you feel at peace or acceptance about the issue.

Questions:
Can I allow myself to be poor as best as I can ?
Can I allow myself to be rich as best as I can ?

You can also do it like outlined below. If you feel that you have a lot of resistance.
With that one, you let go of the resistance feeling.

Can I allow myself to resist being poor as much as I can ?
Can I allow myself to accept being poor as much as I can ?

To actually manifest more wealth you would go like this:

Can I allow myself to abandon being poor ?
Can I do it more ?
Can I do it even more ?
Can I allow myself to wealthier ?
Can I do it more ?
Can I do it even more ?

I came up with this style of release after I read the book “Love Yourself” by Larry Crane. So it would be nice that you read the book too. If you are interested in using these techniques.

Stop-negative-pattern release

One technique that works well for me, and that I like to use with my friends or the people who request help.

It is a technique that directly stops the current preferred negative pattern.
Let says that you think that going out to party suck. Let says you have thousands of reason why parties suck. In this case, you can use the following release that will stop your negative thought pattern and allow you to go in another direction.
Just go back and forth answering yes or no.

Can I forget everything I know about party and allow myself to have an awesome party tonight ?
Can I allow it even more ?
and Even more?

The same release. If for example, you have thousands of reason why man or woman are flawed and why it is difficult to find a good one.

Can I forget everything I know about men/women and allow myself to meet a loving partner this month ?
Can I allow it more ?
Can I allow it even more ?

These styles of releases were for me a game changer. I threw everything. I knew to the toilet because these techniques are a lot simpler, and they are very effective.
You will no longer hear me talk about radiant circuit, love sending, energy work and Co.
For example, I found out that answering the question: “Can I allow myself to receive love?” It was just as effective as any amount of love meditation.

In the past, I used to work with all sort of techniques and methods, but it came to an end recently.
Back in 2009, I reached a high state of joy, love and well being. I used a combination of techniques such as EFT View definition in a new window, energy medicine/psychology, sending out love, chakras breathing, etc….
It worked very well for that purpose, and if you do these techniques; it will work for you as well.

Recently, I dropped all these stuffs in favor of just two things Les Fehmis’s Open-Focus and release techniques (sedona method/ Larry Crane’s release technique) Basically, Les Fehmis’s Open-Focus will make release techniques work because up until recently it never really worked for me.But in June, I started to seriously do Open Focus exercises basically that teaches you to localize emotions in your body and dissolve them. In another word, Open-Focus teach you how to really do the releasing. Once you know how to release then you can go with either Hale Dowskin’s Sedona Method or Larry Crane’s release techniques. I choose both. Actually, I adapted their methods to make it really work for me.

For example, in these courses, they use the words “let go” as in “Can you let go of fear” the words let go don’t generate a strong response from me. I use the word “abandon.” They are many other things I had to adapt. They are five different ways to release in the Sedona Method but only 2 of them work well for me.
But, let not be sidetracked here, it is another topic for another discussion.

What I want to say is that you can reach high-states of well-being and love by releasing only.
The concept of sending out love almost no longer apply for me. You can put yourself in a high-state of love with the techniques directly from that state you will perceive everything in the eyes of love, and everything will be love.

Make a list of the things you try to avoid or resist in your life. Resistance to what is in your life is taxing your energy. If you allow yourself to flow with the life, then you will easily and quickly reach a higher state of energy and consciousness.

When you have your list, you can release the elements in it. In fact, just releasing your strong resistances will do quite a lot.
The basic idea about releasing techniques is that you drop your focus from what you try to avoid or let it go.
You also have to let go of what you want, crave and long for.

Now, if you keep saying yourself, I should not want this, I should not want this. You are resisting. Allow yourself to want it as much as you can deliberately so you own the tendency then it is easy to let it go.

You see if you have a tendency that you struggle to get rid. You can decide to own it.
- Execute the tendency very slowly
- Execute the tendency deliberately
- Delay of 7 minutes of doing the tendency

When you do this, you teach yourself to own your tendency. From that standpoint, It is easy to let go to them. When you understand that you can own all your emotions then it is easy to enter a high state of energy.

This technique will help you to increase your self-appreciation and self-acceptance. It was inspired to me after I read of a similar approach in the Larry Crane’s excellent book “Love Yourself and Let the Other Person Have It Your Way
”.

You can do it at front of a mirror if you want. I personally do it when I travel seating in a airplane.
Focus on a part of yourself that is afraid or feel unappreciated. Check your thoughts for self-criticisms and other negativity. And do your best to locate where these feelings are in your body. Maybe, you have these feelings in your throat, your chest , your solar plexus or your forehead or maybe anywhere else in your body.

Now, you have a point to focus on. As the feeling arise say to yourself “Yes!”. You say “yes” to acknowledge what you feel rather than pushing it away and making an attempt at repressing it.
Feel the emotion and even rest in in it then say to the emotion “I love you!”.

Continue like this until you feel at peace. You will see if you stick with the technique you will reach a point of well-being.

If you are a creative person and you are unsatisfied with your performance; you can use this on the part of yourself that is doing the negative criticism. You will see that once you let go of this your performance will improve. It helped me personally to access a new level of creativity with my video creation. I got ideas that I never thoughts of before! This is a good exercise to play with.
