Today, I’m starting a fasting. It will be a mix of water and juice fasting as I found the information on doing this correctly. Today and tomorrow are my preparation day. Meaning, I will only eat fruits (Mango, Papaye, Kiwi, ananas), I will drink water and tea (tisane).

My focus:

Again, do not start a fasting if it is not your highest joy to do so. I’m extremely motivated to do a this. Now, my focus will be on emotional freedom. Instead of looking freedom and security in money and other distraction. I will just focus on creating freedom from within. When I have freedom within then it will easier to attract external things if I still so desire.

Lack of willingness

Many people do not solve their problem because they lack a certain willingness to commit to their healing or solving their situation.
First, they recognize that a situation is problematic then they have some level of courage, and they actually start doing something about it. The two common mistakes made are a lack of full commitment (Willingness) and not doing what it really takes to solve the situation (Courage).
You recognize this by statements like this:

“I have been trying to lose weight for over a year now.”

“I have been doing release for two years. I still have my problem but I have relief now”. (Comfort zone issue)

“I don’t have time to do this everyday, so I do it once a week in the Saturday morning”

“Oh yeah, I got the book with techniques for change 3 months ago. But, I had not the opportunity to use them yet”

If you recognize that you have some degree of lack of willingness, that you cannot fully commit.
Assume that at some degree you have a fear of change or a fear of the unknown.
You might also have an aversion to uncontrolled change. If this is the case, then I can only recommend you to release these fears. Do it now! Use EFT View definition in a new window, Sedona Method or other release techniques but do not wait!
If you have been stuck for a long time on a particular issue, and you cannot solve it by yourself. Then it is maybe time to work with a professional.

Nowadays, they are many competent healers, coaches, trainers and teachers who can help you take a quantum leap. You can save months by simply having one or two sessions with a professional.

There is a famous guy writing books on “manifesting” in one of his book there is a technique to release blocks of stuck energy.
When I contacted him to ask some guidance on release. He said that he didn’t use the generic method from his book, but instead he worked with a reputed American healer. That healer removed thoughtforms of stuck energy in his body. He paid 200 dollars for the session. All the blocks and issues about money were gone now he is rich and an Internet superstar.

Working with professionals may seem a waste of money or a too strong investment but there is great reward to it, if you work with the right one.

By now, I have read “Levels Of Energy” several times. The book explains that at various levels of consciousness corresponds to various levels of energy. Depending where you are on the scale it would be advisable not to aim too higher for your current level. People move up the ladder of level of consciousness by understanding and accepting more of who they are. At the bottom of the scale, there is almost no self-acceptance at the top, there is a total acceptance of ALL THAT IS.

In the Dodson book, the scale goes from 0 to 1000, from 0 to 199 you have “negative” energy, from 200 to 250 you have a fairly neutral energy. At 275 there is the beginning of saying “YES” to life. 320 to 380 says “YES!” to life they are the successful entrepreneurs of the world with high productivity.

The 400s energy level is involved with science, the mind, the art. This is the level of most classical music, natural science and most philosophy. Superstars also reside in the high 400s.

The Nature Of Resistance

Resistance means “take a stand against” or “exert opposition”.
In the human mind and body, it works as follows.  The human body is well equipped to take care of itself, if you cooperate with it. But most of the time the message of the body is unheard and this is the root of many complications.

The body always does its best to maintain balance. Let say that a person is watching way too much  television. Because, the body tries to maintain its balance. The body will signal to that person that it wishes to rest. The signal may come as a headache. This is here that humans start having trouble.


In that moment, this person may decide to stop watching TV and go take some sleep. If he had taken that course of action his headache would subside fairly quickly. But instead he decides to resist. He decides to take a stand against the headache.
He may first put his attention on the headache. Thoughts attract similar thoughts. If you focus on a thought that you consider unpleasant. What is unpleasant will get bigger and stronger. At this point, that person may decide to fight what is seen as unpleasant (the headache) with aspirin.

Using aspirin the individual removes his attention from the headache and focuses on “being relieved by the power of aspirin”. Because, the focus is changed then the condition also change. No more resistance is offered to the headache thought-form. Underneath the problem hasn’t been addressed the body still feels too tired, and its simple message has not been unheard.
Later,  this person may continue with his habit of watching TV too much to the point that the balance of the body is broken. The body may ignite a dis-ease forcing the person to take a rest.

I offered a simple example with the above story on how resistance work and how a resistance is dissolved by removing focus from it. In the context of the health of the body it is important when an apparent problem appears for the first time to let the emotion or feeling flow. If you just listen and observe it will reveal its cause.

Countries and nations also have to deal with their resistances. Resistance makes a problem bigger. Examples of this are:

The war on poverty
The war on drugs
The war on terror
The war on AIDS

If you try to manifest “owning a car” but on the same time, you entertain the belief  “I’m scared of a car accident”. You will certainly resist the idea of owning a car. It will be necessary to let go of the idea that you may get a car accident. You CAN choose to be safe.

In a larger context resistance is simply the fact of not embracing life. When you embrace life, you accept that your body can take care of itself. You accept that the world is safe. You accept abundance and joy.

Space and time do not really exist. You perceive space and time precisely because these things unfold in your consciousness.
What you recognize as the outside world is actually inside your consciousness.
Your physical body is inside your consciousness.
Your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, your identity is all inside your consciousness.
There is no where else to put them. When you want to manifest a car.The car isn’t out there. The car is within.
Manifestation is a process of recognition. When you accept and allow yourself to have then you experience the object of your manifestation. The object of your manifestation be it, a car or whatever was always there.

When you completely and deeply accept yourself, y create a state where it is easy to get what you want in life. B a manifestation is simply all about accepting or the other side of the coin letting go of resistance.
The definition of “I” as a soul existing in a physical body is a limiting one, and I want to give you a little exercise to expand your definition.

Exercise “Observe the observee”

When you are outside walking in the street. Look at the top of buildings and imagine that you are on the top of one of these buildings. Imagine that you are on top of the building, and that you are looking at yourself walking in the street See from an associate point of view, f the eyes of the observer.

This exercise will bring you two things. One it helps to develop your imagination and second it expands your definition, of “I”.

You could also pick up a photo and imagine yourself inside the photo and see the world in that photo. See it like you are existing in that photo.
