Video 3 : Emotional Issues I

This video continues the teaching of EFT View definition in a new window applied to emotional issues, it is filmed at a seminar. The first case is a guy talking about his very shaming, critical father, the image he has of himself has been affected by all the negativity he received from his father over the years. He is very self-critical and feel very bad about it, basically, he treats himself the way his father was treating him. He was able to use EFT to reduce all the negativity he feels about himself , however, he still have some for example he has anger toward his wife who left him. We see him tap on this issue. He has many aspects to his issue he has to find them and tap on them.
5 tapping rounds are necessary to remove just one aspect of the anger he has toward his wife.
He follows tapping on a second aspect of his anger, we clearly see him feeling better. (more…)

Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time

Tuesday, August 14th, 2007

I recently rediscovered a book by Brian Tracy – Eat That Frog! 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time - I remember that during the year 2005 I used that time management system from this book and it was a very good system, however, it only make sense to follow a time management system if you have goals to fulfil.
The idea behind Eat That Frog! Is that if the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with satisfaction of knowing that that the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long.[pg 2]
The live frog is the most difficult task among your list of most important tasks to achieve your goals.

“If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first.”[pg 2]

The Secret Extended Edition Review

the secret extended edition
Many people told me in the past that I should watch The Secret including some readers here I didn’t see any interest to watch that DVD but I finally decided to give a try to that DVD with the dollar declining each day, the price of $34,99 I paid was incredible low translated in € Euros.

It is a well presented kind of video seminar , the 5.1 Dolby sound is very good, I liked that, the image quality is great.

We see mostly authors and speakers explaining to us the Universal Law of Attraction.
One thing I liked is that I used most of the techniques from that DVD in the past, so to me, I watched not to learn something but rather to see that others used the exact same techniques I used in the past. (more…)

Brain Sync Winning (Subliminal excellent for creative visualization)

Friday, July 27th, 2007

Brain Sync WinningI always liked creative visualisation, that technique to visualise and feel what you want to achieve, top athlete such as Jack Nicklaus, the great golfer, says that “will power is what separates the great athlete from the average to mediocre athlete.” He points to his celebrated colleague Arnold Palmer who, when putting, would “see” the ball go into the hole and “will” it there. Ben Hogan, another major figure in golf history, said once that if he concentrated hard enough on where he wanted the ball to go he could put it there.

In football, New York Giants tight end Gary Ballman tells how he came to make an impossible catch. Another player had thrown the ball to him but had overthrown it badly; there was no way he could possibly retrieve it. But Ballman wanted the football so much that he imagined it slowing in its flight and dropping into his hands. To his utter astonishment, that is precisely what happened. “It was a strange feeling, I’ll tell you,” he said. (more…)

The disc starts by a comment from Gary Craig asking us if we have studied the manual and part 1 of the course and especially the audio tapes which according to him are very important.
He also talk about the movie technique which consist to visualise a story until you reach the point in that story where you have the pain, then you can start tapping. He also encourages us to write down our issues and to tap as we watch the DVD sessions according to him it provides great benefits. (more…)
