Review: The vortex – where the law of attraction assembles all cooperative relationship
Posted by: | CommentsFor a while I took a pause from reading a lot of books, but, I recently returned to reading a lot. I’m currently reading The Science of Breath by Swami Rama and Rudolph Ballentine. At the end of last year, I read a very interesting book about relationship from Abraham-Hicks. That book called The Vortex angered many people as the concept for many will be new and may cause controversy. You can read the mixed opinions about the book on Amazon.com, I also posted an excerpt of the book in my newsletter, It made some people so angry that they unsubscribed from my newsletter.
The book is divided in six parts. The first part – Your vortex m and the law of attraction – Learning to attract joyous co-creators explains the importance of relationship in the human experience , how we attract the kind of people we have in life and how to focus with the Law Of Attraction on allowing joy to create better relationship.
The second part – Mating and the law of attraction – The perfect mate – getting one, being one , attracting one, this part is very relevant for the people trying to attract a mate with the law of attraction, many people miss the point that most of the work will be on yourself ! Key information that will probably upset many, there is the idea out there that self-change is not important. Well, self-change is critically important if you persistently fail to attract a partner this 30 pages + section of the book will help you greatly if you seek a mate.
Part three is called Sexuality and the law of attraction , I guess that this section of the book angered many people in North America as the ideas expressed in that part of the book don’t really fit with anything taught by traditional media on sexuality. Part 4 is about parenting, part 5 about the key concept of self-appreciation without it , you cannot really except to build happy relationship.
The last part is a transcript of Abraham-Hicks workshop , you also have that workshop with the CD provided with the book, the Abrahams-Hicks teaching style is close to Ramtha-style of teaching. It was OK for me, I learned one or two things from the CD.
Overall, a very good book , my rating 5 stars out 5.

Review: Fusion of the Eight Psychic Channels – Opening and Sealing the Energy Body
Posted by: | CommentsFusion of the Eight Psychic Channels: Opening and Sealing the Energy Body By Mantak Chia(© 2005 edition).
I got that tiny by Mantak Chia the other day. Awhile ago, in 2007, I had some interesting experiment working with what I call sexual energy from the root center what Mantak Chia calls in this book Orgasmic energy . Mantak Chia gives an exercise in this book to experience lasting and expanded compassion ,( I call a Love Energy , compassion, grattitude, appreciation, forgiveness, joy and happiness). The book has instruction to open the eight psychic channels in Energy Medicine, they call that the eight psychic circuits or the circuits of joy. In the Mantak Chia book, they are called their original Taoist names:
- great bridge and great regulator channel ( 4 channels )
- the governor channel
- the functional channel
- thrusting channels
- the belt channel
In Energy Medicine and Energy psychology, they are called :
- The front and the back regulator circuits
- The front and the back bridge circuits
-The belt flow circuit
-The penetrating flow
-The central meridian
-The governing meridian
Back in 2006 and 2007, I opened the front brigde flow it caused me to attract a lot of people around me because the front bridge flow radiate our friendly loving energies when it happened I didn’t understand why it was happening because I didn’t focus on attracting people . Now, I have the information and the mystery is solved. When the front brigde flow radiates its radiant friendly energies it feels like euphoria, self-confidence is increased, joy is very much increased, in that state I laugh a lot more and I laugh vigorously to the point that I have to pay attention that my rib cage doesn’t explode.
It also feels “orgasmic” in the heart chakra thus the Mantak Chia term of Orgasmic energy. It has also some healing property, when I was in that state I got rid of pneumonia symptoms in 1 hour 30. A few days ago, I awakened the front bridge flow again however with less magnitude than in the past and I decided to look for information to learn what I was experiencing and then this book came to me. Now, I understand better why I attracted so much the people, the children and the animals. They were receptive to the radiant energies of the front bridge flow.
Mantak Chia gives instruction to open theses channels and also give information to protect the aura, its techniques differ from the one taugh in Energy Medicine. I suspect that Klaus Joehle author of “Living on Love” opened its eight psychic circuits after all, He was able to remote view the lottery number, communicate with his future self, and finally radiate what he calls “Love”. Klaus technique is the most complex one because you have to go in delta (mind awake and body asleep) , little numbers of people can do that, it demands a specific training, I did that training with the Monroe Gateway Experience in that system the mind is awake and body asleep they call it the Focus 10 state. This training is complex and demand self-discipline in comparison, what I did in 2007 and what Mantak Chia teaches is a lot easier, it can be done awake.
However, this book is good for the people with some years of experience in Energy work, (Qi Gong, N.E.W, Quantum touch or other system) for the complete beginner the information in this book can be of little use, the book is very technical with a lot of illustrations for the acupuncture points to explain the channels. I’m happy I got that book it will certainly help me to improve my technique.

Deltadream – Benediction by J.S Epperson
Posted by: | CommentsAmong all the folks doing Hemi-sync Metamusic , J.S Epperson is my favorite composer. In early January, I bought a bunch of Metamusic CDs, the ones by Epperson quickly grew as my favorites especially the albums Higher, Ascension and Remembrance.
For the small story Epperson sent me a Myspace friend request two weeks after I got his CDs. So do not tell me people aren’t connected with each other, my experience of reality doesn’t support this.
Now, Epperson has a new CD out and it is called Deltadream , the page on his website says:
DELTADREAM is based on the ancient solfeggio frequency Ut (396 Hz), a tone used in chants that church authorities say was lost centuries ago. Ut is associated with releasing emotional patterns; liberating guilt and fear. Woven with complex binaural beat patterns that are modulating various delta brainwaves, DELTADREAM is known to trigger intense dreams. The drifting drones and resonances lull you to restful sleep, while the magickal music quietly leads you to the hidden realms of your subconscious.
I listened to the free track called Benediction available at Higher-music. I really liked it, it has some kind of gregorian chant in the background and the music is a bit reminiscent of Higher another CD by Epperson. It is the stuff you can use for deep meditation or deep Chi breathing. Actually, I highly recommend to listen to this during a session of Chi breathing if this is part of your routine.
Thumb up for this new music!

Boost your charisma (Hypnoshop) review
Posted by: | CommentsI believe there is a misunderstanding between a magnetic personality someone with personal magnetism and a charismatic person.
Today, the word charisma is used in place of “personal magnetism”. Someone with personal magnetism attract people but doesn’t necessarily influence these people in doing things. The Hollywood stars do have some personal magnetism but for charisma this another story. A charismatic person can attract and influence others to do things. Adolph Hitler, Julius Ceasar and Napoleon Bonaparte were charismatic leaders.
A reputed author on the topic of mind power put it that way in an old book published in the early 20Th century.
A magnetic person - attract people (Like the Mark Gor character from the movie “A better Tomorrow” by the way, if you are a guy because it is a guy flick , you are insane, if you have not seen it, this is a MUST SEE! trivia from the movie : The character of Mark Gor proved to be so popular that many young HKers adopted his style (black trench-coat, sunglasses, match in mouth). Stores around HK were sold out of the distinctive Ray-Ban sunglasses in less than a week after the movie premiered. Talk of personal magnetism !!)
An electric person – make people do things (Like the Joker character from the movie “The Dark Knight”)
An electromagnetic person – attract and make people do things. ( Like the real Julius Ceasar) Read More→
Quantum Wellness

Quantum Wellness
is a book by best selling author Kathy Freston. There is quantum in the title but it has nothing to do with quantum physic, according to the Kathy Freston Quantum Wellness is about tiny little things that people invest their energy every day and making changes in those areas for a better life. Her book discusses 8 pillars to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Which are :
1. Meditation
2. Conscious eating
3. Exercise
4. Visualization
5. Spiritual Practice
6. Self-work
7. Service
8. Fun Activities
The author seems to have been influenced by the yoga philosophy because she does talk a lot about yoga techniques in her book such as pranayama and because her 8 pillars looks like the 8 pillars of Raja Yoga
1. Yamas – The Yamas or restraints (Don’ts)
2. Niyamas – The Niyamas or observances (Do’s)
3. Asanas – Postures
4. Pranayama – regulation or control of the breath.
5. Pratyahara – withdrawal of the senses in order to still the mind.
6. Dharana – concentration.
7. Dhyana – meditation
8. Samadhi – the superconscious state
Notice the similarities between the two system, Kathy pillar of spiritual practice are like “Niyamas practices of Swadhyaya or study of the sacred texts and Ishwara Pranidhana which is constantly living with an awareness of the divine Presence (surrender to God’s Will)”
Kathy Freston program is just a westernised version of Raja Yoga ? Often, in the Western world when we say yoga we only refer to asanas (the postures) and we exclude the rest in this book she ties all together many times in the book she encourages her readers to take up yoga (asanas) and tai chi (energy work).
If you combine the teaching of that book and the asanas, you have the whole Raja Yoga in a Western form.(Can we live without fun activities over here ?)
The book contains a 21 days cleanse plan to get started. Superstar Oprah Winfrey did the plan, you can read it on her blog. Like many yogis, Kathy Freston recommends to not eat meats, a vegan diet is part of the program. The basis of yogic diet is Sattva (purity) , according to the Bhagavad Gota, Sattvic foods increase life, purity and joy.
The Kathy Freston’s program doesn’t seem to be for everyone as this blog post suggests at dooce.com, the blogger there started the program to later give up. I think that becoming a vegan by force is very difficult, it should be gradual because the body has its habits for someone like me it can be easier I can live without chocolate, cheese, milks, eggs and I do not like coffee, so there isn’t much sacrifice involved from my standpoint but for a vast majority of people it will be a lot easier to implement a vegan diet in a gradual manner.
Below is a video of Kathy Freston explaining how she puts this book together.
