gandalfI’m happy I read that little book called Gandalf’s Battle On The Bridge In The Mines of Moira by Ramtha. It is a quick read of 80 pages and to me only 20 pages are worthy of reading but then I got a lot of those pages. Video 5 : Physical Issues

The video opens at a seminar, Craig is talking to a woman having tightness in her jaw, they do the tapping round with the setup phrase:
Even though I have this tightness in my jaw, I deeply and profoundly accepted myself.
And the reminder phrase: tightness in my jaw.
After two rounds she is able to reduce most of the pain but she still have some. They do one more round with the setup pharse: Even though I still have some tightness in my jaw ….
Reminder phrase: remaining tightness in my jaw.
After one more round the jaw tightness is gone.

We see the next seminar day with that woman giving feedback on the changes.
The next case is a woman suffering of headache she rates the headache intensity three on a scale from zero to ten.
She also has asthma that she rates 8 on the SUD (Subjective Unit of Disturbance) scale.

Deeptrancenow.com Belief Change CD review

Saturday, October 13th, 2007

Belief Change is a CD created by Laura De Giorgio (Deeptrancenow.com), it is aimed at replacing limiting beliefs by better more useful beliefs. The CD starts by a long and efficient hypnotic trance induction, it has two parts physical and mental relaxation. Once you are in light trance Laura explains that often we have limiting beliefs but they are merely branches that lead to a core belief, I fully agree with that.
Often, a fear against a particular group of people is often a fear of death, someone with the belief that he can’t achieve big things or can’t succeed in his field whatever the skills required is often at the core a lack of self-worth. (more…)

Video 3 : Emotional Issues I

This video continues the teaching of EFT View definition in a new window applied to emotional issues, it is filmed at a seminar. The first case is a guy talking about his very shaming, critical father, the image he has of himself has been affected by all the negativity he received from his father over the years. He is very self-critical and feel very bad about it, basically, he treats himself the way his father was treating him. He was able to use EFT to reduce all the negativity he feels about himself , however, he still have some for example he has anger toward his wife who left him. We see him tap on this issue. He has many aspects to his issue he has to find them and tap on them.
5 tapping rounds are necessary to remove just one aspect of the anger he has toward his wife.
He follows tapping on a second aspect of his anger, we clearly see him feeling better. (more…)

Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time

Tuesday, August 14th, 2007

I recently rediscovered a book by Brian Tracy – Eat That Frog! 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time - I remember that during the year 2005 I used that time management system from this book and it was a very good system, however, it only make sense to follow a time management system if you have goals to fulfil.
The idea behind Eat That Frog! Is that if the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with satisfaction of knowing that that the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long.[pg 2]
The live frog is the most difficult task among your list of most important tasks to achieve your goals.

“If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first.”[pg 2]
