Many people on a personal development journey encounter period of solitude. These periods are often unwelcome however they are very often necessary. Personal evolution demands to be alone at one point or another.
I’m in such period, I have been living in this small town for about 2 years and I do not know anyone, I do not care much this is not important, I like to have weeks completely alone. Now, I do know a large numbers of people in other cities, I see them from time to time but I understand if I was living in these cities, I would have a lot less time for any of the stuffs I’m doing right now. Mastering the Ultramind program of remote viewing and remote influencing demands time, and time alone. If I was living in Barcelona (I might move there in the future) where my best friends live, I would be a lot less focused on training.
A period of solitude is often used to develop skills and grow the personality, the development done during such a period will be critical to the success of later more socially active periods. Read More→

There is a shamanic technique called recapitulation the idea is to change the energy (attractor field) of a series of past events that had affected the way you are today.
By changing, the energy of the events then the past events are also changed and the way they affect you today will be different.
I discovered this technique by accident and I posted about it in the past. Seth in his book called “Seth Speaks” says interesting words about an equal method.

“Pretend a particular event happened that greatly disturbed you. In your mind imagine it not simply wiped out, but replaced by another event of more beneficial nature. Now this must be done with great vividness and emotional validity, and many times.
It is not a self-deception.
The event that you choose will automatically be a probable event, which did in fact happen, thought it is not the event you chose to perceive in your given probable past.
Telepathically, if the process is done correctly, your idea will also affect any people who were connected with the original event, though they can choose to reject or accept your version.“

In practice, you choose an emotion or a feeling that is impairing your life. For instance, you could take the feeling associated with procrastination.
Go in a comfortable trance state and mentally go back in your past try to find the oldest occurrence of the behavior. Read More→

This exercise will work well for the people having experience with an energy work system (QT, EM, tai chi, chi gung, NEW, pranayama) otherwise, I’m not too sure of the effectiveness of this exercise.

Position yourself as comfortably as possible. I haven’t noticed any difference so far in the position as long as you can breath properly that will be fine. (If you need assistance to relax, you can use this site , it has a guided relaxation exercise)

Imagine that the you that you are in your totality is in the center of your being, you can say “I’m in the center of my being” as a guiding affirmation.
Do no try to locate the center of your being, just be there, it can be somewhere in your body in the center of your chest, between your eyes or anywhere else. It can even be outside of your body.
There is no need for a visual element, I perceive the center of my being as an empty space with no-thing around. However, if you feel more comfortable with visualization you can perceive the center of your being the way you want , may be, as a meadow or a park with a fountain, a beach….Let yourself be attracted by your personal symbol for the center of your being.

Use Abdominal breathing .
Inhale and on the inhale fill the center of your being with energy. On the exhale imagine the Love energy flowing out of the center of your being.
Imagine the flow of Love energy going in all the parts of your being this is your body and your thoughts. Chanting a OM after the exhale is also helpful. Do a few cycles of this until you have a sense of joy and/or tears of joy. This exercise work very well for me and bring me joy. I should have called this post “Activate your joy circuit” but I’m not sure yet how it will work for other people. Feedback will be very appreciated if you try this.

Note: If you are a Hieu Doan’s Meditation Mastery practitioner when you do the breathing position your hands above the navel. In the Meditation Mastery the “higher self” is channeled through the safe area of the navel chakra.

This a set exercise from Gerald O Donnell from who I learned Remote Viewing in 2002 at www.probablefuture.com, enjoy the exercises, (Note: He talks about new era not the 2012 junk!)

The next three exercises are intended to be done at home on a daily and ongoing basis. They will open up a new level of awareness and prepare you for advanced personal and spiritual development.

Exercise 1: A New Way of Being
This first exercise is a pleasurable and powerful life-changing tool. The effects of daily stress associated with materialistic obsession (and its by-products: anxiety, isolation, frustration, fear, anger and depression) can be dissolved by this technique. It is at the same time simple and very profound. It increases greatly the vibratory rate of your non-physical Higher Self. Its premise is “smile at the world and the world will smile back at you.”

As you go about your daily activities, from the moment you get up in the morning up to the the time that you go back to sleep, constantly imagine that you are smiling inwardly at your outer reality as you go about your daily activities. Imagine that you are smiling from the deeper recesses of your mind, originating from within your heart area, and that you are projecting that happiness and smile outward through your eyes and expression. No matter what the circumstances are. You will find increasingly that your eyes will be smiling and so will your mouth, that will often curl up to a slight smile.

At the same time imagine that your heart constantly expresses a great inward smile filled with pure joy of being alive, no matter what. Read More→
