First, on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate this CD 10 !

Second, I want to clarify something, it is also in relation to what I replied to the previous post. The question is using a binaural beat CD is like using a “new age” crystal or pendant ?

Well, my answer is that using a binaural beat CD is more like taking a car as opposed to walking to your destination. If you do not know how to get there by walk , it might be difficult to get there by car even though the car is faster, the people that are doing well with binaural beat CDs are those that know how to go in deep trance without any CD.
This being said I’m not condemning anything If you feel like working with stones, pendants and or CDs , please do it !

This CD has 3 tracks 24 minutes, this is the same CD than the older Insight CD except that this time you have the ocean waves sound instead of the rain fall. I listened too much to my CD with rain fall it is damaged, that why I bought this CD, I might it convert into uncompressed AIFF tracks to play on the computer.

I did a session of my Love Meditation with this ! oh boy! Immrama and Hemi-sync are really the best, so my session went this way.

I did my trance induction while listening to track 1 (24 minutes), my trance induction is to do autogenic training and it is followed by counting backward from 100 to 0, by the time, I was at 60, in the countdown I had difficulty to concentrate on the counting, I was slipping into deep relaxation fast, I managed to count until 0, at zero I did a brief exercise to put all my limiting beliefs in a box and I visualized the box flying up in the sky and disappearing, I played with some more visualisation exercises to trigger hypnagogic imagery, early in track 2 my body abruptly shifted to an even more deeper state of relaxation, the 3D blackness appeared, this time I perceived very ghostly patterns, more like cigarettes smoke but a lot less solid, I tried to explore the depth of this 3D blackness briefly then I decided to do the Love Sending, I changed my technique instead sending it from myself, I allowed the flow of Love energy to flow through me, it worked !!! however, it flowed through me without discrimination , this mean that the quantity was a lot higher that I could handle, I had to pay attention that my bones structure doesn’t crack and fall apart because it was a very powerful flow, even, as I write I’m still under the influence of this flow of energy!! This made my day
I ended my session at the end of track 2, it was a great session the two roadblocks to a very transcending experience were my mental chatter and the fact that I had to check for my bones structure to not fall apart. I speculate that If I operate from a deep delta state where there is no body sensation anymore this could do the trick, the mental chatter wasn’t really a problem this time I used it, so I could retain the experience and write about it. I have minimum loss of it.

So Insight Tranquil Ocean Waves is a great CD to work with…
