This technique will help you to increase your self-appreciation and self-acceptance. It was inspired to me after I read of a similar approach in the Larry Crane’s excellent book “Love Yourself and Let the Other Person Have It Your Way
”.

You can do it at front of a mirror if you want. I personally do it when I travel seating in a airplane.
Focus on a part of yourself that is afraid or feel unappreciated. Check your thoughts for self-criticisms and other negativity. And do your best to locate where these feelings are in your body. Maybe, you have these feelings in your throat, your chest , your solar plexus or your forehead or maybe anywhere else in your body.

Now, you have a point to focus on. As the feeling arise say to yourself “Yes!”. You say “yes” to acknowledge what you feel rather than pushing it away and making an attempt at repressing it.
Feel the emotion and even rest in in it then say to the emotion “I love you!”.

Continue like this until you feel at peace. You will see if you stick with the technique you will reach a point of well-being.

If you are a creative person and you are unsatisfied with your performance; you can use this on the part of yourself that is doing the negative criticism. You will see that once you let go of this your performance will improve. It helped me personally to access a new level of creativity with my video creation. I got ideas that I never thoughts of before! This is a good exercise to play with.

Day 50 – 100 day challenge

I’m halfway of the 100 day challenge. I had 50 very productive days. I made a lot of progress in most areas of my life. This is very good. I dropped many of the routines I used to do. In fact, I totally reinveted my spiritual practise these last 50 days. From now on I do almost everything through release techniques. I like Larry Crane and Hale dwoskin style of release. However, I had to adapt these methods for myself and it is working great for me. I will post more about that stuffs.

This aside, I spent the last week in Germany. Great country! I went to Frankfurt and then Berlin. I totally like Berlin;) I will return !

2 days ago, I added the $100 wallet process of Abraham-hicks. it is a fun game to help shift positively your vibrations about wealth.
The game goes like this:

In other words, “I would buy that, I could buy that; We could eat there; We could do this; We could stay there; It is a down payment on this.” You see what we’re getting at? And as you mentally project that…And something about actually having it, makes it feel real. It’s not a fantasy anymore. In other words, “I’ve got it.”

As I promised, here is my testimony for the wallet process…

All I did was do the wallet process consistently and maintained a grateful attitude.

After one month my income raised an extra $2500.

After two months I received a bonus of $7500.

After 3 months I received an extra $22500.

Now I KNOW that the technique works and would strongly recommend to any who are struggling with financial issues.

Believe me people, for 9 months I was without a penny in my pocket………

What more can I say…It works..for eternity.

Being too much in your head!

Being in your head instead of your body and your whole beingness is what make communication difficult.

If you talk to someone while being in your head chance is that you are not reading the energy of the situation to read the energy you need to be present.
In order to be present, you need to be in your body. Be aware of your body and observe what is being said and expressed to you. This is the way to read the energy of a situation. Eventually, you will have to match and follow the energy this the way to create a connection.

For example, if someone is expressing appreciation for a particular topic. Acknowledge it and get the other person talk about that topic some more, get the other person even more enthusiastic.
Follow the enthusiasm, breath the enthusiasm, soon you will be in sync with that person energy.
You will have a good connection. Every time, you match and follow someone energy, you establish a connection.

The habit of taking deep slow breathes can help you to reconnect.
