Daily gratitude journal

Tonight, I was looking for information about EFT View definition in a new window and I opened the book “Attracting Abundance with EFT” by Dr. Carol Look, Lcsw, Dch. I stumbled upon a section of the book called “Daily gratitude journal”, I didn’t remember seeing that section before this is so strange for a book that I use so often.

In that section Carol Look recommends to keep a daily gratitude journal. Her instruction is to write a list of everything you feel grateful during 10 minutes. She insists that this method brought her good fortune. She gave the example of a time when she finished to write her gratitude list and a client called to announce that she was going to send a check of $1,500 dollars. It does make sense, that ’s why I like gratitude exercises so much because they help to keep you in the abundance vibes. In life you do not get what you believe, you get what you radiate (attractor field).
You can do many manifesting drills but if you do them with a feeling of lack, they do not have much chance to work in fact they might make your condition worst.
The feeling of lack should be worked out first, a daily gratitude exercise is a good beginning. Using tools such EFT and positive reframing is even better.

Rich German’s Gratitude routine

I have been searching a way to put together a gratitude routine. I’m going to experiment with a routine from Rich German http://www.richgerman.com/about_us.html.
Gratitude , the feeling of thankfulness and appreciation is something you can use. Gratitude can help you to feel good, it can also help to create your reality faster. Gratitude can help you to live healthier, if you feels gratitude toward your body, you communicate to your body that you love it and that is something to do to stay in good health.

I had that book with the story of a Eastern monk and people asked him why he stayed young with a lot of vitality. He simply answered that each morning he expresses gratefulness to each of his organs and his body in general. I have two reasons to do a gratitude routine, I believe it will help with my creating and it also helps with another exercise I call “The blessing” (I will post about it later)

The Rich German 10-10 Gratitude routine

Relax and get centered.
Write 10 things you are grateful for, such as the fact that you are alive, the fact that you can read this blog on the Internet, the fact that may be your body is functioning well, etc…
When you feel grateful.
Write 10 things you want to create in your life and feel the appreciation and thankfullness for them.

That should give your life more fun.

Josh: I feel so down, life feels useless to me, all this stuffs and my religion, everything is conflicting. I have realized I have become very lazy. So lazy that I barely do any of my meditations any more. I have become lonely. I lost all my friends because they think I m weird. Because I do all sorts of meditation and I believe in the psychic stuff.

Well, you are adjusting to new level of consciousness, it does take time before it is reflected in the people around you, in due time, you will attract new people that are in line with what you are. As I mentioned in my blog in the past , I lost nearly 100 % of my friends in 2007 because I was doing that stuffs, now, you can see on my Facebook on my pictures….I have too much friends. Many of them are involved in that “stuff”.(EFT View definition in a new window, meditation, personal development)

Josh: But why do things seem so confusing ?

As I said it is because you are adjusting to new level of consciousness thus you have that confusion. Confusion is a great state of consciousness to be in, it imeans change.

Josh: What should I do ?

Focus on what is working in your life and find a goal to pursue. Go to your childhood memories. what was the thing that you desired to do as a child? Many kids are asked, ‘what do you want to be when you grow up?’. Then they come up with many different things that they want to be. This is what you have to do.

Perhaps, in searching memories you will come across something that you ‘desired’ to do, all your life you wanted to do this something.

Josh: I tried, I do not remember anything.

Well, to age regress you have to go gradually, just go 4 years ago and remember what it was like with as much details , then from that standpoint, age regress for another couple of years, done like this, age regression is a lot easier.

Josh: well see as a child I wanted to study computer science because it was the booming dotcoms.

Success does not always come in the form of money. Success comes in satisfaction in many ways. Then because you are going in only ‘one’ direction you perhaps have forgotten to turn around when you find the ‘door’ in front of you closed. Then see what would happen if you opened the door behind you.
People are well meaning and will try and help you in many ways. But, when you focus on lack , you do not get anything done, you actually send the signal to your brain that it cannot be done. Read More→

Shyness and binaural beats

Reader’s question: Can you use binaural beats to cure shyness ?

Asking this, is like asking if you could win the Scottish rally with a Toyota Celica, may be you can, may be you cannot, you are approaching the problem from an incorrect angle.

Ok, let say that your shyness comes with a lot of social anxiety, eventually, if you do listen to a product like Immrama Insight for 6 months you might toward the end experience a reduction in stress in return this might give you a boost in self confidence.

However, you are not addressing the core of the issue. Why are you shy ? What are you learning from your shyness ? Why you do the things you are doing ? What your shyness allows you to experience ? What your shyness prevent you to experience ?
What are you giving away by being shy ?
Those are real questions you have to ask yourself. If you do want to get over your shyness, you have to learn who you are, what it is that you are creating, all the other way are temporary. May be, you do believe that something outside of you is hostile to you and you need to be protect from that otherwise you might lose what you have left of self-love. Why do you believe this ? Where that belief is coming from ? Why not drop the belief !

If I had to use binaural beats for that purpose I would go like this, I will reach a comfortable theta trance state and I will visualise myself walking in a meadow or beach or a valley , something inspiring and relaxing. I will visualise a house and pretend that the house is the center of my being, I will enter the house and invite my higher self to join, now, there is no such thing as a higher self, you are like a loaf of bread, you cut the loaf of bread in many parts, you called them ego, higher self, personality…but if you could see yourself in your totality, you will see just a loaf of bread, cut in parts, the parts look the same however they might not hold the same information. The illusion of scarcity

In a recent post I talked about scarcity, Tim Sanders author of Love Is the Killer App: How to Win Business and Influence Friends made an excellent series of video on the subjet. We use the same sort of language to define scarcity, the idea that the pie is too little and that there is not enough.

In the videos, he talks specifically about scarcity mentality vs. abundance mentality in the work environment. He implies that abundance mentality is a choice which means that people have to change their thoughts. No changes in thoughts and attitude , no progress.
