Saving Money

Sunday, September 28th, 2008

“… Saving money will help you get comfortable with a greater and greater amount of energy so that you will be able to handle a larger flow.”
Orin

I was advised a couple of months ago to make “manifesting wealth and abundance” a top priority for 2008-2009. We live in a period of adjustment the world at large is ready to change some of its old time problem up until now, we had countries with a small elites at the top being very wealthy. We had also a small numbers of riches countries exploiting the majority of poorer countries.

May be, we can cry because some of us are becoming poorer however it is important to know that even poorer people are getting richer the average salary is increasing in India, China, Brazil and most of the eastern European countries. The African country ,Angola, recorded a sky-high 27 % of economic growth in 2007. $ 70 billion dollars have been invested in Africa in 2007 only a shy $ 10 billion dollars was invested in Africa in 1997.
The present drama that we are playing en masse is the adjusting of wealth between the poorer and the richer. Of course, if you referrer to your news media you will not see this as such, the news media almost exclusively focus on bad and gossip news they aren’t telling you about people becoming wealthier here and there. How to track your progress

Sunday, September 14th, 2008

If you experiment with many products , techniques and methods, you need something to track what is working better and what are the best combination for you.
Over the years I found out quite a few interesting combinations when last year I posted about merging the Love meditation and Kundalini View definition in a new window exercises it was a result of observing what worked best, this combination proved to be very beneficial to me. I use three tools to keep track of everything. An exercises diary, a task-table and another diary.

The exercises diary format is as follow.

DATE

NAME OF THE EXERCISE
GOAL OF THE EXERCISE
SESSION REPORT

An example will be like this.

September 13, 2008

Meditation Mastery
Goal: Cultivate illumination
Session: Today concentration was better than yesterday, I noticed a strange feeling in my left arm. It vanished as soon as my session ended.

It is also important to pay attention in the order you do your exercises for example Love meditation is better done after Energy Work and Chakra charging. EFT View definition in a new window for me works best if done at night at the end of everything. (more…)

World Success Day

Friday, August 8th, 2008

I read in Alex Kent newsletter that today is a day of luck and that we should focus on prosperity because , we are the 08/08/08 , even the Olympic started today at 08:08 PM China local time, it was about 14:02 over here in Spain.

The newsletter says :

“There is a lot of negativity at the moment surrounding the global economic crisis and many people, including Silvia Hartmann are suggesting that since fear breeds fear, we need to stay positive and focused on achieving our goals, if we are not to all become victims of the squeeze.

Indeed, we need to celebrate our own success!

And what better day to do that on, than a day that only comes around once every 100 years and contains more ‘lucky’ eights than you could shake a stick at?

You may or not be superstitious, but many different cultures and beliefs all around the world hold up the number 8 to be the symbol of wealth, good fortune and luck. From Chinese business men who pay a fortune for a lucky number plate or phone number, to the field of Western Numerology who links the number with business success, the number 8 is a very magical number.”

Earlier this year, I got an another newsletter that encourage people to focus on their prosperity and wealth in 2008 this is understandable, the working class in USA, UK, Belgium and Spain is getting poorer and I guess it might be the case in more countries.

If you read newspapers or watch the news on television then you see non-stop news about the poor shape of economy , oil prices going up, jobs moving abroad , sub-prime crisis, etc….

A focus on what you don’t want is always a bad idea. I can only encourage people to focus on being wealthier this year.

Easy Creating

Friday, May 16th, 2008

In a couple of hours I will be in Scotland for a couple of day. I don’t take my laptop so I wont post anything during this time.
But this is not what I want to talk about here.
Creating or Manifesting has been going very well for me especially since I started to work with the Meditation Mastery CD I cant say for sure but then it does make sense that a stronger connection with the higher self improve everything else.

Being my dreams

Friday, May 9th, 2008

I recently met a friend and we had a discussion about dreams and goals, it appears that my friend is extremely scared to go at after her dreams when I ask her what she wants to do, she keeps answering me by what she can do now or what her qualification allow her to do, she doesn’t want to say her real dreams out loud she is scared even thinking about them seem to make her feel bad.
However, when I initially met her a couple of months ago, she said that she want to travel around the world with a backpack and that’s it. It seems that she has written off her dream from her mind.
She asked me to help her with the issue but I possibly have the same issue, may be, I’m not honouring my real dreams when I think of the future I think about stuffs I can do within my current qualification I’m not thinking about the real dreams I had when I was kid. When I was kid I designed many comic strips it was my number one passion, I even created a comic strip magazine that was published in the school, teachers applauded my creativity when I left the school they continued my magazine, even when I was in high school I published a music fanzine in my city only available in record shops that was cool….These activities are closer to my real dreams which I certainly left in childhood than working in the Mind/Body development community, this is something I can do .

The same trap happened to Klaus Joehle author of Living on Love: The messenger, wanted to open a mosaic store but found himself pushed into another direction due to the book. Just like my friend I can’t quite see well what my real dreams are, they seem distant and nebulous and certainly out of reach. I will use Gary Craig questions and play with that for a few days.

• “What dreams did you have as a child that you have given up on?”
• “Whom do you wish you could be like?
• “What would you like to do that you haven’t been able to do yet?
• “What would you do/attempt/be if your success were guaranteed?”

Time to go back to unlimited thinking :)
