I was initially interested by the Hemi-Sync technology when I read about it in the Robert A. Monroe books Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey, I was interested to buy the Gateway Experience program but it was expensive, so I decided to give a try to a less expensive Hemi-Sync products, I choose the SweetDream CD the CD to help to program the topic of your dream, the CD recorded by Monroe himself contains two guided meditations.

If an impasse is reached, it seems likely that somewhere on the way a distortion or misconception has taken place. A sign along the road was missed or misunderstood, the wrong turn was taken – there many possibilities. Perhaps some small details was left unnoticed.

Posted by: | CommentsI hadn’t the occasion to keep a steady practice of the Gateway Experience, I slacked off a bit, the summer heat is not helping and make it for very bad and uncomfortable session, add to that I was on holiday with the family and I’m going back on holiday Thursday. I recently started working on something more important to me than the Gateway Experience, because quitting is not an option I will go slower, I will try to find a rhythm, I hope to start strong again with the Gateway Experience in autumn when the temperature is finer and when I hope the other project be completed.

This morning I did my first session of Discovery – Free Flow 10 from the Gateway Experience, the manual describe this track as follow : Free Flow 10 is an opportunity to pursue your own purpose with all the tools learned so far. Up to this point, you have been creating your own experiences under the guidance of the instructions on the exercise. Now you are your own guide. Seek only what you really want to know, and be responsible for the knowing. Whatever you receive becomes a part of you. Your beliefs, energy, and attitude influence the intensity and the extent of your free flow exploration. A sense of gratitude enhances communication and union with sources outside your conscious boundaries.
Mindfold Relaxation Mask
Posted by: | CommentsToo early this morning the postman came with a parcel for me, it was my Gateway Experience – Wave II CD and the Mindfold Relaxation Mask. I went immediately back to sleep with the mask, my early feedback, I like the velcro strap to adjust the mask to your head, you can fully open your eyes with it, light doesn’t enter the mask so it is dark, however the mask is made of foam, that quickly became very warm with the current summer heat, I get rid of the mask after 10 minutes because that.
If you have a need to scratch your skin below your eyes, it can also be a problem…anyway, that my early feedback I will try the mask later in better condition.
