Some doors are best left closed ..not really

Thursday, November 1st, 2007

Many people think that ‘some doors are best left closed’ well, I wish I could go with that but when it comes to spiritual growth or consciousness expansion this idea cant be applied. All doors need to be opened old painful issues need to be resolved.

Yesterday, or was it yesterday ? I m really losing track of the clock time, I opened my heart chakra I felt very good but today some buried issue came up ,it was big , it was ugly and heavy. Some people shouldn’t open their heart chakra that fast unless they are prepared. When heavy issues come up you need to have a good tool to work on them, in my case, I had EFT View definition in a new window I did 1 : 30 of tapping after the EFT session I had to find a new paradigm to replace the old (lot of work). Video 5 : Physical Issues

The video opens at a seminar, Craig is talking to a woman having tightness in her jaw, they do the tapping round with the setup phrase:
Even though I have this tightness in my jaw, I deeply and profoundly accepted myself.
And the reminder phrase: tightness in my jaw.
After two rounds she is able to reduce most of the pain but she still have some. They do one more round with the setup pharse: Even though I still have some tightness in my jaw ….
Reminder phrase: remaining tightness in my jaw.
After one more round the jaw tightness is gone.

We see the next seminar day with that woman giving feedback on the changes.
The next case is a woman suffering of headache she rates the headache intensity three on a scale from zero to ten.
She also has asthma that she rates 8 on the SUD (Subjective Unit of Disturbance) scale.

Video 3 : Emotional Issues I

This video continues the teaching of EFT View definition in a new window applied to emotional issues, it is filmed at a seminar. The first case is a guy talking about his very shaming, critical father, the image he has of himself has been affected by all the negativity he received from his father over the years. He is very self-critical and feel very bad about it, basically, he treats himself the way his father was treating him. He was able to use EFT to reduce all the negativity he feels about himself , however, he still have some for example he has anger toward his wife who left him. We see him tap on this issue. He has many aspects to his issue he has to find them and tap on them.
5 tapping rounds are necessary to remove just one aspect of the anger he has toward his wife.
He follows tapping on a second aspect of his anger, we clearly see him feeling better. (more…)

He also talk about the movie technique which consist to visualise a story until you reach the point in that story where you have the pain, then you can start tapping. He also encourages us to write down our issues and to tap as we watch the DVD sessions according to him it provides great benefits. (more…)
