Is there any obstacles to your goals ?
Posted by: | CommentsOften people are stuck unable to progress toward their goals, it happens because they haven’t worked their weaknesses early enough, in fact working on the weaknesses and possible obstacles should be a priority.
Write down your goal:
I want _________________________________________________
Write the list of the things that prevent you to get what you want.
Do you have the skill necessary to achieve your goal ?
Do you have the discipline ?
Do you have the energy to work on it ?
Do you have all the information to do it ?
Do you fear success ?
Do you fear failure ?
Do you require to have the approval of your spouse, parents or loved ones to go ahead toward your goal ?
Imagine your goal is to open a store but you have a lot of worries about your accounting skill, if you go ahead without doing something for that, that will hold you back later on. Either go to an accounting class or consider hiring an accountant.
May be, you are afraid to fail and this belief is surely going to sabotage your effort, you had better to do something about it now rather than later because it will get a lot worse later on. Read More→

Directing intention toward a distant person is correlated with activation of that person’s autonomic nervous system. Strong motivation to heal and to be healed, and training on how to cultivate and direct compassionate intention, may further enhance this effect

This experiment showed that intention can affect a partner’s body across distance outside of consciousness and that if one is trained in compassionate intention, the effect is greatest. In fact, other studies have also shown that distant healing can heal small sized tumors.
By the way, there is a form of remote EFT

Making fun of your negative beliefs
Posted by: | CommentsI found an interesting thing to do to weaken the power of a negative belief.
Write down a belief that is not serving you for your best interest.
Then go to Youtube, watch this (recommended!) or certainly this (oh my god) with your belief in mind.
As you laugh watching, the video if you do laugh, think of your belief and think, how it is ridiculous, as you laugh and you have all those good vibes, use this to create scenarios where you belief appears even as more ridiculous, funny and asinine.
Do you it as long as you can because it is helping you to weaken the intensity of the belief.
Once you are done with that, you can do a regular EFT
session by then, the belief will be weak enough, you will not need much work, providing you do not have psychological reversal and a nest of aspects to that belief.
In any case, it is a good start to work on diminishing the influence of “negative” beliefs.

Chakra Clearing with Emotional Freedom Technique
Posted by: | CommentsMany people waste considerable amount of time to improve their “social skill” yet they got little result with this. Having social skill isn’t that important if your energy is screw up, no matter, how good you are, people are reacting to your energy a lot more than to your social skill. It is important if you want to be good with “people” to interact with them when you have balanced and radiant energy system. Do the Donna Eden Energy routine I posted the other day and do this Chakra clearing exercise based on EFT
. Those are very good routines.
Working on your tail enders

course called “The palace of possibilities” Gary Craig recommends to tap on the “tail enders” that people use with their affirmations. Often affirmations are nullified because they got tail ended by another contrary affirmation.
Example:
- “I’m in good health … but, I need to get my pills so I do not get sick”
- “I’m getting richer … but, abundance is not my birdright”
- “My weight is 130 pounds …but, I feel safer being fat”
This site has a list of about 100 tail enders related to money. Using EFT you can tap on any tail enders you find. If you use the affirmation “Each day I’m getting richer” and on the same time you have a strong feeling that it is not the true, explore that feeling until it leads you to the corresponding belief. If for example the belief is “money is the root of all evil” that most people in Europe seem to have then tap on that. Read More→
