Review: Getting into the Vortex Guided Meditations

It is a CD by Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks. 7 tracks. Preface , introduction, 4 guided meditations and a music track. The guided meditations are :
The Vortex of General Well-Being
The Vortex of Financial Well-Being
The Vortex of Physical Well-Being
The Vortex of Relationships Well-Being
Each meditation is about 15 minutes. So you could go through the whole thing in one hour. But Abraham recommends to listen to no more than 15 minutes per day. He gives clear listening instruction about this program. If you acquire it; make sure to listen to the instruction.
These guided meditations will please the followers of the Abraham-Hicks teaching and those who enjoy listening to that teaching. The so-called angelic music of that CD is very relaxing, I loved it.I think I want to use something like this for the CD/Mp3 I develop.
The music combined with the breathing instruction from Abraham-Hicks makes it for a relaxing experience. I personally do not understand the concept of the vortex much but eventually you might feel better after a 15 minutes session with the CD.
Abraham recommends three things to have a great life in the vortex. Drink more water, breathe more fully and deeply, focus on what feel good.
Binaural Beats and Inner Peace
Posted by: | CommentsThere are inner peace and inner peace. The inner peace I will talk here is not the inner peace of Ramana Maharshi or other advanced masters.
The inner peace I want to talk with you is a state with no stress, a state of high well-being. It is a state of calmness and joy. It is a state where problem solving is very easy. Creativity is abundant. The simple things in life are appreciated even more. A state where you go in supreme harmony with the flow of life. Most people have been there during their early childhood. Can you remember a childhood memory when you played the whole afternoon somewhere in the countryside until the sunset came without even noticing the time passing?
That`s the state. A state in the here and now, creativity is often paramount and worries are absent.
I had many extended periods of inner peace during these periods many things I wanted to create got manifested very easily. I remember in 1998 I was in that state. I had a very quiet and solitary life. My main hobby included taking long walks in the wood. During that time, I didn’t watch or consume a lot of media such as movies, loud music and other stuffs. Most of the time I listened to classic baroque music and some new-age artist notably Steven Halpern.
At the time and for six months, I visualized my ideal lifestyle for the coming years. I stopped the exercises when I finished college in June 98 then in September, I was hired at a startup company during that period I met a guy who said that I could work at the best Internet startup of the country if I wanted. I sent them my CV and by February 7th, 2000 (My birthday is the February 6th) I worked with them and the ideal lifestyle I visualized during six months in 1998 manifested itself.
Exactly like I visualized it. It is like a movie becoming true.
I attributed the success of this to that state of great inner peace and creativity. If you are familiar with the level of consciousness that will be like being in the 400s. When you are in the 400s, it is easy to create reality.
Binaural beat’s conditioning can help you to achieve that state. It is also possible to achieve that state without any artificial help like I did in 98’. Regardless of the method, you choose to use releasing, binaural beats or meditations. You will have to adjust your lifestyle, a little and the more you do it the greater the result.
The less you live loud the better your chance for inner peace.
Living Loud
- coffee + smoking + eating sweets
- no exercises
- lot of TVs, web surfing, phone chatting
- lot of inappropriate foods
-lot of loud music (MTVs)
- conflicting relationship
- inner conflicts
Living in calmness
- Healthy food and drinks
- waters, fruits
- exercises (usually more than one type of exercise)
- classical music, new age, Gregorian chants
- reading genuine spiritual books
-harmonious relationship
- time alone to reflect
When you have a calm lifestyle, and you listen to the binaural beats after a while you enter that state very naturally. I created that state several times since 2000. The first time was with the help of Ultra Meditation CDs it was a five months training that I didn’t regret. I remember that I got a lot of amazing synchronicity at the time, and the best is that the state lasted long after I stopped the program. I also created the state again in 2005 when I played with the Immrama CD for several months. In 2007, I created that state after months of work with Hieu Doan’s meditation program.
They are many tools you can use today to create inner peace but always remember to adjust your lifestyle, consequently.

When I was in Berlin, I went to Float-Berlin.de they offer floatation tank. Floatation tank are supposed to offer you sensory deprivation while you float on water in a capsule or tank (water is mixed with a certain type of salt to make you float).
It offers great and quick deep relaxation. It also helps your brain to produce theta brainwaves while awake.
My floatation tank was the Samadhi tank that you can see in this video. I made the video right before going in the tank.
The nice music you can hear was the music I heard while I was relaxing in the tank going through a series of emotional release and meditations.
This particular tank had blinking stars in the dark. So it was even a more beautiful experience. It was like looking at stars in the sky during the night.
Scripting process and inner guidance
Posted by: | CommentsSomething I see all the time with people working with the law of attraction is that they will start to visualize their goal and they will quickly receiving guidance but they will not act upon it.
An important part of success with the law of attraction is precisely to follow the guidance you receive. That’s the way that $100 dollars wallet process came up to my awareness. Check out this video by Doreen Virtue. She explains the importance to follow your inner guidance when you use the law of attraction.
A few days ago, the inner guidance was for me to do the “Scripting process”. I’m not sure about the origin of the process. You can find it in the Abraham-Hicks material. I have done it yesterday, I scripted an event I want to happen I wrote the scenes, the dialogues etc… It was good because I went through all the ranges of emotions as if it was a real event. It is recommended that you do the scripting when you feel good. That why I do the scripting after 30 minutes of sending out love.

Don’t forget – this is really really key – you should FEEL GOOD while writing. Abraham says that “everything we want, we want because we think in the having of it we will feel better.” Abraham also says “feel good to feel good, not to get the manifestation”! So the processes they offer are not “recipes” for manifestation. They are ideas for focusing. The act of writing, as has already been mentioned, is an act of FOCUS, so the Universe is getting a big concentrated dose of your vibration as you write. So check your vibration before you script. Put yourself in the virtual reality of your desire, and if it feels GREAT, start writing!! You are creating worlds!! When I look back at things I scripted that are now part of my life, or are experiences I’ve already had, I am amazed at the power of this process. JODY
How to grow your fingers longer?

I’m currently reading the book “The Secret Of Quantum Living” by Frank Kinslow. It is a book about healing based on the idea that past, future, out-there, outside are source of suffering. Staying here and now in the present is the source of relief and healing. This premise reminds me of the idea in the Seth books (Jane Roberts) that to create any reality we want the present is our point of power. There is no power in the future or the past or outside of yourself because those things don’t really exist. Therefore it is pointless to go looking for an escape in somewhere, someone or something!
“You can die in a car crash. 1 – if you have decide to die. 2 – Your experience is always real even if the car is not 3 – Your daily life is a valid experience 4 – A dream is a valid experience 5 – In the UNIVERSE there is no accident!”
In his book Frank Kinslow encourages us to recognize that we are pure awareness in a state of observation. The WE that we really are is observing the creating that his our lives. The book from Kinslow is incredibly filled with fluff talk. I’m at chapter three but he hasn’t presented his healing method yet. But so far he presented an exercise to grow your fingers longer thus demonstrating that your pure awareness creating a reality. Below is a video with that easy to do exercise.
