You might have the best creating tools, the best plans and the best intentions. But if you use your arsenal only once in awhile you aren’t going to see much result. Success is the result of consistency using visualization, hypnosis or release just once in awhile is not going to bring you much success.

Look at the world athletes like Michael Phelps or Jerry Rice . They have consistency in what they do. They build their successes by adding up a little brick to the edifice each day.

If you want to succeed with the law of attraction or other mean of achievement pick up a technique that you like and STICK TO IT.

Develop “stick-to-it-ness” or consistency. Let say that you come across some technique maybe you get a creating through visualization CD. Work with the CD a few days if you feel this technique isn’t appropriate for you after that initial trial period then let it go and move on to something else.

If you determine that this is a great technique then STICK TO IT until you see some tangible result. Chance is that if you attracted that particular technique to your life, it means that it is probably appropriate for you at this point.

If you feel like to give it up after a week or two. It is probably your resistance that kick-in. Your « I don’t deserve it, I’m not enough for it, your fear of success or failure ».

If it happens to you. It is more beneficial to release these limitation rather than give up your technique.

Hello Louis, this may be off topic, but do you use headphones for listening to brainwave entrainment CD? If yes what headphones do you use? Do we need to get a very good headphones for this or normal headphones will do??

  • Penelope

I use Bose head phones on my Iphone and they are amazing cost £100.00

Hi, I always use headphone. I own a variety of Seinheiser models. Bose are also very good. Avoid headphone designed for “bass boost” like Dr Dre headphone and other models like this.

The Seinsenheiser HD6xx , and HD5xx product line are great. The 202 has bass boost ? avoid anything with integrated bass boost unless you are also listening normal music on your phone/ipod.

    HD600

I am very interested in hd600 but the price is a bit out of range. I can get hd518 at about half the price of hd598. wonder if it will suffice.

the 4xx series is it good enough? coz all the high end 5 series abd 6 series don’t have isolation.

  • Al-hajtko

Don’t get the hd600 because you need an amp to power them. I’d recommend the hd555′s, or audiotechnica ath m-50′s. The HD’s are more ‘orchestral’ but are open backed, while the athm50′s are more neutral but have amazing isolation. If you want that, get them hands down.

This is correct. Its something I forgot to mention. My computer is connected to a Yamaha amplifier. The HD600 is plugged to the amp.

Have you used the ath m50 with this type of brain entrainment?
I heard athm50 is good but have fairly small soundstage.
