Following my highest excitement Vs. Following Plans

By

Last year, I started a little project and I even wrote an action plan for it but due to a series of events I had to put a halt to the project. Now, I have time to return to that project. I realize that I changed , I’m not the same person than last year. I changed enough for this old plan to be obsolete.

I threw away my old notes and I’m starting fresh with the “project”. I like to listen to the Bashar material and one of the concept I like in the material is to “follow my highest joy and excitement”. As far as that project goes instead of planning a step by step guide for me to follow, I will still follow my highest excitement and my highest excitement tell me to blend that project with things that I normally do in my daily life. Now, this is interesting because the project is no longer a “project”. It is more a like a fun activity that I do when the opportunity arise.

There is no longer a “must” and “should” therefore the pressure to succeed is softened or even completely gone. No more resistance.  As I do a fun activity,I’m more my true self when I do it, because being joyful and happy is more reflective of my true self ,therefore , I’m filled with the excitement energy that precisely allow me to do what I wanted to achieve.
There is more to say about that may be, I will write a complete study case, but for now, you can watch this Bashar video about  finding your highest excitement.
