i just bought the book and I’m doing the 5 minute routine, aura, connecting heaven and earth, and some intense love sending every morning. thanks for sharing!

i just taught my little brother how to tap. he is 6. He is now in his own bed by himself sleeping for the first time.

Man great combination. I was used to combine also several energy techniques and this tripleme warmer thing in combination with love sending is a veeeery nice thing. I discovered you can send the love through other/all meridians. its very clearing and gives a good feeling and it can be done very easily once you opened the flow of love.

Try to visualize how it flows through every meridian. Very strong energy. Be aware that this also can cause some feelings that maybe bad but this is only the observing of the bad energys while they are cleaned.
