Radiant Circuits Daily Routine
ByI got some positive early report from readers who bought the book on Energy Psychology and applied the radiant circuits exercises. Those that are going to do very good with this are the ones with experience with the Love Sending. Radiant Circuits are not a heart chakra energy , let say that an activated heart chakra is like having a Ferrari car and the radiant circuits are the gas. If you have both , you have the most incredible combination. My Love Sending has skyrocketed to new height since I activated my radiant circuits. However, understand that you can get all the benefit associated with the radiant circuits without a conscious heart chakra activation (Love Sending). What I noticed with the people that only use the radiant circuits is that they have greater joy but the energy doesn’t necessarily hold. In my case, the energy hold it is all the time with me.
I’m also almost always smiling when I talk just like Donna Eden, I cannot not smile…unless I’m physically tired. Now, I want to share my routine with you, however, understand that I have plenty of time my routine may not suit you if you work at a day job for instance. My routine demands a lot of time. Use this for inspiration and create your own routine.
Before, I get out of my bed, I go in alpha level (I learned to do that with the Ultramind RV/RI course) once there, I focus on my main goal as completed and bring the feeling of it. I do my best to increase the feeling each day. This exercise causes me to start the day filled with positive energy.
Before breakfast, I do the Five Minutes Energy routine from Donna Eden (Energy Psychology, pg 206), the video is on youtube : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vr-FEoY440g
Then I do meridians tracing (Energy Medicine, Donna Eden, pg 98) the video is also on youtube :

I follows with Connecting heaven and earth (Energy Psychology, pg 230), very good for the chakras.
then I close with auric weave (Energy Psychology, pg 233, Auric weave on Youtube ), which expand my aura and energy field several feet.
Later on, I will go on my general energy routine which tracing the radiant circuits is part of.
I start with 5 minutes of the Darth vader breath (Energy Medicine DVD) this breathing clear the meridians and energize the chakras.
I do 20 minutes of Robert Bruce energy work.
then I follow with another chakra energizing exercise.
I do a new format of my Love Meditation or Love Sending, it is usually extremely powerful because all the chakras and energy work I have done just before.
After that, I trace the radiant circuits.
I start with the Front and back bridge.
Followed by the belt flow, regulator front bridge, regulator back bridge.
Penetrating flow.
and that’s it, governing and central meridian (2 radiant circuits) were traced before during my meridians tracing. I sedate my triple warmer (Energy Psychology, pg 224) at least once a day, sometime twice. However, remember that the triple warmer doesn’t want to be sedated.
Donna Eden wrote on the subject:
….”Sedating triple warmer is not for sissies” says it all! I have been through everything you’ve described and would like to add a few more comments about your experiences.
Triple warmer has no inclination toward letting go of old patterns, especially survival habits. And it is very smart! Remember, as your body’s militia (see Chapter 8 of Energy Medicine), it has established strategies which have literally saved your life. Even during the time of euphoria you all experienced, triple warmer was building new strategies to undercut the changes and return to the earlier patterns where it was in control.
I will warn you about a repetitive pattern I’ve witnessed with groups attempting to control their weight or overcome addictions. As the positive results show themselves, such as with weight loss followed by euphoria, the individuals become less vigilant about maintaining energy routines, personal contact with other group members, and overall group support. People just “forget.” Triple warmer is tricky and as you become less vigilant in changing the energy habits, it sees this opening, and moves in for the coup and a return to the old rule. Making you forget your new routines is its path of least resistance.
You need to support the entire system during a change process, and this involves continually “reassuring” triple warmer as the transition occurs. Sometime after you have begun sedating triple warmer and strengthening spleen, within 30 days approximately, begin to sedate and then STRENGTHEN triple warmer before strengthening both spleen and stomach.
It is also helpful to internally speak to triple warmer as you sedate it. Consciously honor its contribution to your health. Your energy systems are responsive to your conscious intentions. As you flush the triple warmer meridian or hold its sedating points, you might mindfully acknowledge that this is an incredibly intelligent energy system, the mastermind of your immune system, and thank it for its care and protection….
Now, that my daily routine and it is very powerful for me, it causes me to have a lot of euphoria, rapture and joy. My positive emotions are heightened, I have more energy and I m healthier. My relationship with people are better. It also makes EFT
work a lot faster and manifesting easier!
