If you want to have a look at Robert Bruce system , check out his book "Energy Work". For Qi Gong check out the DVDs by Dr Yang. Many readers are into Qi Gong. For pranic breathing try "Hypnotism and mysticism in India" by Ormond McGill this book also have solid information on remote influencing.
