Muscles testing to get good advices for your health

As far as your health is concerned you are your best counsellor. Today, I asked “supplements” ,”diet” what can I do ?
Then I listened to a track called “Remote influencing in healing” on the Silva Ultramind’s Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing CDs set. Co-author Dr. John Latourrette recommends to use a process called Kinesiology or muscle testing. Muscle testing gives a yes/no answer it is like using a pendulum.
You can use this process to ask if this is good for you to get X or Y products, if yes, you can use it to find out about the quantity. There is an excellent page about muscle testing.
