I believe there is a misunderstanding between a magnetic personality someone with personal magnetism and a charismatic person.
Today, the word charisma is used in place of “personal magnetism”. Someone with personal magnetism attract people but doesn’t necessarily influence these people in doing things. The Hollywood stars do have some personal magnetism but for charisma this another story. A charismatic person can attract and influence others to do things. Adolph Hitler, Julius Ceasar and Napoleon Bonaparte were charismatic leaders.
A reputed author on the topic of mind power put it that way in an old book published in the early 20Th century.

In today language, we would say that the electric and electromagnetic persons are charismatic.Nowadays, it is difficult for the people to develop natural charisma. This product is in fact about improving your likeability, your personal magnetism. it is voiced by hypnotherapist Barrie St-John, I listened to the mp3 version, they have compressed the CD to end up with a 9 Mb file size, it is encoded at 22,050 Khz and 56 kbps, so the sound quality is not top notch, we are very far the Brainsync file encoded at 44,100 Khz and 192 Kbps. If the sound quality matter to you get a CD version rather than a mp3, this being said the trance induction of the track is very well done, the music is great and Barrie St-John manages to quickly put the listener in a comfortable relaxing hypnotic trance.

After the induction, the listener is guided into a sort of “release the past” type of exercise and when the listener is done with that it is asked to work on the self-image. It is an interesting exercise where the listener is asked to see himself or herself as a new born baby and from there see the baby grow into an ideal balanced and attractive self.

Does it work ? Well, the exercises on this CD/mp3 are pretty standards , I have seen them elsewhere, they might help someone used to work with hypnosis and someone working on personal development with other tools.
Done correctly after a time of may be 30 – 60 days or more self image may improve. This is no magical tool this is traditional hypnosis.
