Rich German’s Gratitude routine

I have been searching a way to put together a gratitude routine. I’m going to experiment with a routine from Rich German http://www.richgerman.com/about_us.html.
Gratitude , the feeling of thankfulness and appreciation is something you can use. Gratitude can help you to feel good, it can also help to create your reality faster. Gratitude can help you to live healthier, if you feels gratitude toward your body, you communicate to your body that you love it and that is something to do to stay in good health.

I had that book with the story of a Eastern monk and people asked him why he stayed young with a lot of vitality. He simply answered that each morning he expresses gratefulness to each of his organs and his body in general. I have two reasons to do a gratitude routine, I believe it will help with my creating and it also helps with another exercise I call “The blessing” (I will post about it later)

The Rich German 10-10 Gratitude routine

Relax and get centered.
Write 10 things you are grateful for, such as the fact that you are alive, the fact that you can read this blog on the Internet, the fact that may be your body is functioning well, etc…
When you feel grateful.
Write 10 things you want to create in your life and feel the appreciation and thankfullness for them.

That should give your life more fun.

This is a chat transcript with a friend that I nickname Josh.

Josh: I feel so down, life feels useless to me, all this stuffs and my religion, everything is conflicting. I have realized I have become very lazy. So lazy that I barely do any of my meditations any more. I have become lonely. I lost all my friends because they think I m weird. Because I do all sorts of meditation and I believe in the psychic stuff.

Well, you are adjusting to new level of consciousness, it does take time before it is reflected in the people around you, in due time, you will attract new people that are in line with what you are. As I mentioned in my blog in the past , I lost nearly 100 % of my friends in 2007 because I was doing that stuffs, now, you can see on my Facebook on my pictures….I have too much friends. Many of them are involved in that “stuff”.(EFT View definition in a new window, meditation, personal development)

Josh: But why do things seem so confusing ?

As I said it is because you are adjusting to new level of consciousness thus you have that confusion. Confusion is a great state of consciousness to be in, it imeans change.

Josh: What should I do ?

Focus on what is working in your life and find a goal to pursue. Go to your childhood memories. what was the thing that you desired to do as a child? Many kids are asked, ‘what do you want to be when you grow up?’. Then they come up with many different things that they want to be. This is what you have to do.

Perhaps, in searching memories you will come across something that you ‘desired’ to do, all your life you wanted to do this something.

Josh: I tried, I do not remember anything.

Well, to age regress you have to go gradually, just go 4 years ago and remember what it was like with as much details , then from that standpoint, age regress for another couple of years, done like this, age regression is a lot easier.

Josh: well see as a child I wanted to study computer science because it was the booming dotcoms.

Success does not always come in the form of money. Success comes in satisfaction in many ways. Then because you are going in only ‘one’ direction you perhaps have forgotten to turn around when you find the ‘door’ in front of you closed. Then see what would happen if you opened the door behind you.
People are well meaning and will try and help you in many ways. But, when you focus on lack , you do not get anything done, you actually send the signal to your brain that it cannot be done. Read More→

Ok, I’m seeing more and more comments that go like this:

“Well, I tried a binaural beats CD and it didn’t do anything to me , I could not relax, blah , blah , “

Binaural beats are very much like cars, if you do not know, how to drive then do not except to reach your destination. Binaural beats do help for relaxing but they do not do the whole trick, that’s why in many products such as the Silvamind and the Gateway Experience, you are guided through a physical body relaxation procedure. The body has to relax and the mind has to relax.
Often, people lack the body relaxation part, these people have a lot of tension and when they listen to their binaural beats without doing any relaxation exercises what they experience is that their tension that they ignored become more prominent. During the day at work or school the tension is ignored, but when listening to a binaural beats and when the attention from the world is removed, these people are left with their tension. It is not going to help them to relax, they might get an headache or a sense of irritation and they will blame their CDs or wonder if binaural beats is a dangerous technology.

When I started this blog, I was telling readers what I was doing that was part of the blogging style, I changed this style of blogging. But early readers those that have been reading since 2005-2006 still ask me, what I’m currently doing and working on.

Well, I’m busy with changing my Attractor Field (Neville is a good source of information on Attractor Field) to a lesser degree, Dr. Hawkins has some information but take what he does say about level of consciousness with a grain of salt.

Changing an attractor field is quite a lot work.

I designed a routine a call “The Blessing” , before one can start this routine, he has to do an exercise called “Recapitulation”
The recapitulation removes bad beliefs and emotions from an attractor field.
The blessing install new behaviors, resources and friendly energies.

I will post more on this at a later time.

I’m designing a gratitude routine, I’m still researching information to make it very effective, the gratitude routine is intended to make the result gained from the blessing permanent. I’m also experimenting with others exercises to change attractor fields.

Am I still doing the Love Meditation ? I start my blessing routine with a few minutes of Love Meditation.

I’m working in daytime with the SilvaMind – Centering drill, to install the habit to go in alpha-theta rapidly, this is to prepare for the coming remote viewing training from the same course. I’m playing at nighttime with The Gateway Experience - intro to Focus 10 , to install the habit to go in theta-delta when I need to. This is for my coming “psychic” training.

Valencia Fallas 2009

Here, in the Valenciana province, we are well in the middle of the Fallas. Lot of tourists and noise out there, it has been non-stop parties in the streets for more than a week. I have to say my interest in the Fallas is small….I went yesterday in Valencia city center to take a few pictures. I will put them all on Flirck site later.

This year the show was a lot less impressive than in 2008, may be, it is due that so-called “crisis” people forever lament about…
Last year, I missed the most important moment of the Fallas because I went to China, this year, I will miss the final because I will be in Barcelona. My friends in Barcelona are doing a bye-bye party they go to India for a couple of months. They asked me if I could join them later , this is an interesting idea, but I doubt, I could make it, I have things to do in here.
