Shyness and binaural beats

Reader’s question: Can you use binaural beats to cure shyness ?

Asking this, is like asking if you could win the Scottish rally with a Toyota Celica, may be you can, may be you cannot, you are approaching the problem from an incorrect angle.

Ok, let say that your shyness comes with a lot of social anxiety, eventually, if you do listen to a product like Immrama Insight for 6 months you might toward the end experience a reduction in stress in return this might give you a boost in self confidence.

However, you are not addressing the core of the issue. Why are you shy ? What are you learning from your shyness ? Why you do the things you are doing ? What your shyness allows you to experience ? What your shyness prevent you to experience ?
What are you giving away by being shy ?
Those are real questions you have to ask yourself. If you do want to get over your shyness, you have to learn who you are, what it is that you are creating, all the other way are temporary. May be, you do believe that something outside of you is hostile to you and you need to be protect from that otherwise you might lose what you have left of self-love. Why do you believe this ? Where that belief is coming from ? Why not drop the belief !

If I had to use binaural beats for that purpose I would go like this, I will reach a comfortable theta trance state and I will visualise myself walking in a meadow or beach or a valley , something inspiring and relaxing. I will visualise a house and pretend that the house is the center of my being, I will enter the house and invite my higher self to join, now, there is no such thing as a higher self, you are like a loaf of bread, you cut the loaf of bread in many parts, you called them ego, higher self, personality…but if you could see yourself in your totality, you will see just a loaf of bread, cut in parts, the parts look the same however they might not hold the same information. I use the term higher self for the sake of clarity.

Once you have asked your higher self to join, you might not see, feel or perceive anything tangible, many people find the idea of communicating with another part of the self too alienating, in this case, a book might appear in a table of the house, browsing the book might give such a person deep insights about the issue. Some people will not see a book or interact with a being, instead they will see directly a symbolic representation of the issue. Now, no question has been asked but the intent to know the source, the root of the shyness has been there and this is sufficient to trigger answering mechanism from layer of the self that you ignore in normal waking state. Some people will not receive anything only when they leave the house. Receiving insight when leaving the house that represent the center of the self is quite symbolic in itself, if this person is aware enough the person might successfully interpret the symbols received and use it for self improvement.
Some people will indeed interact with a being that represent their higher self in this case, questions and solutions can be directly asked. This is the fastest method for deep change, however, the ability to go to a comfortable trance state must be acquired, some level of concentration are necessary and a positive expectation is equally important.

Once a problem is understood at that level, it might completely disappear however you might be left with a void to fill. In this case and again with the use of binaural beats I would visualise for at least half an hour my life with a new self image, I would do that everyday until I’m comfortable and until the new self image is translated into actual behaviors. The use of affirmations is also helpful, you can use affirmation that way:

Me, YOURNAME, I’m more and more confident each day in a easy and positive way

You, YOURNAME, You are more and more confident each day in a easy and positive way.

Him-Her, YOURNAME, She-He is more and more confident each day in a easy and positive way
