Sun gazing or Solar gazing: An advanced form of energy work

People have been telling me good about sun gazing for years. Now, that I live at the seaside, I’m at the ideal place to try this practice. However, I haven’t been seduced so far. Sun Gazing according to his founder Hira Ratan manek (HRM) is a one-time practice of your lifetime usually for a period of 9 months. It consists of directly gazing at the sun and charge yourself with energy. It should be done at a particular time of the day, when it is supposely safe to gaze at the sun. HRM says the safe hours are anytime within 1-hour window after sunrise or anytime within the 1-hr window before sunset. sungazing should be practised barefoot on the grass or the sand (not an artificial structure like the concrete).

Benefits of sungazing according HRM include:

Stronger immune system
Higher level of well-being
Higher level of energy
Decrese of appetite

Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga™© is a sport inspired by hatha yoga, it was created by Bikram Choudhury and a company based in L.A. It is very commercial because if you want to start your own center you have to buy an expensive license. Bikram yoga™© has also all the “dis-eases” of western society for instance there is a championship with the possibility of winning prize. According to Mr Choudhury’s wife, Rajashree competition = motivation. Bikram Yoga™© is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40%. Classes are guided by specific dialogue including 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Classes last approximately 90-minutes says Wikipedia.
I assume a lot of sweaty people there are sharing germs.

There is a controversy about Bikram yoga™© because it is copyrighted and trademarked and has a franchising system whereby gym owners pay for an expensive license. Choudhury is wealthy and live in Bervely Hills…I think one of the great way to make a quick buck , it is to take something that is free, attach a few bells and whistles to it and make it a paid product or service. This is what Choudhury is doing and this is also what the I-Doser folks with their binaural beats software are doing.
I don’t know the real benefit of Bikram yoga™© the video below tries its best to sell Bikram yoga™©, I’m not convinced I will probably return to yoga as soon as next week but this double cheese burger called Bikram yoga™©, I don’t want it.

I don’t know if I talked about this one, it is called Mind Flex and it is from Mattel.

“The Mind Flex comes with a brain-scanning headset which measures brainwaves and turns them into energy.

The aim of the game is to concentrate hard enough to generate enough energy to power a fan which in turn causes a ball to levitate and move through a series of hoops”

The video game will be sold for 79.99 dollars. Another more advanced toy is Emotiv Epoc but this one is still in development and suffer from “bugs”

Some people experience some difficulty to transit from after-sleep state to a more energetic state useful to go to work two things to change that is the diet and the morning routine, it takes hours to digest a meal made of red meats such as t-bone steak or even a plate of spaghetti bolognesa thats something that take hours to digest on the same time if during the evening you eat something less heavy such as rice and vegetables you won’t be taxing your digestive system with long “homework” to do at night. Another thing to implement and this time this is in the morning is a Tai Chi Chuan routine.

I know some people before they go to work they do some weight training or they go running. Tai Chi chuan or a Qi gong morning routine is more beneficial. Of course, if time is available both practices can be combined. According to Francesco Garri Garripoli “The gentle cardiovascular and stretching exercises can do more for you to build your body than high-exertion workouts. The concept is that through slow movement combined with conscious, deep breathing, the body retains more energy (Qi) than it loses through strenuous muscle-building. Actually, deep diaphragmatic breathing can do a lot to build the abdominal muscles and flatten the belly–I’ve stopped doing sit-ups over the years and have nice, flat abs. Tendon strength is improved with Qigong and the super-oxygenation benefits help the brain and whole body.”

If you want to combine then it is best to do the Tai Chi chuan before running. More details on the DrTaichi webpage that page also discusses about bodybuilding.

This video is considered an excellent Tai Chi Chuan morning routine the camera is a bit shaky but you do save money, if you have to get such highly efficient routine on DVD you will pay a lot more.

My first Robert Monroe-style OOBE

Early this morning, I had a Robert Monroe-style out of body experience, it was long and memorable just like in the Robert Monroe two last books. Many people take up course in remote viewing or OOBE like the Bulhman course or the Monroe OOBE course to prove to themselves that they are more than their physical body.
An out of body experience is definitely the way to go especially if you manage to have a long one like the one I had this morning. It will remove all doubts you might have, genuine OOBE doesn’t feel like lucid dream , it is different. Let me tell you my story.
This morning, I woke up to find out that I was partially out of body, some part of my subtle body was still attached to my physical body, I tried hard to detach and go completely out of body, but it didn’t work, I finally gave up and fell back asleep.
A few minutes later, I woke up again but this time I was completely out of body, I didn’t know it, I saw no difference my room was just my room. It took me awhile to realise that I was out of body, I didn’t know how it came about. I decided to left my home and explore my surrounding.
Here I don’t remember how I did it, but I appeared in the stair of a high rise building, I saw a crowd of people trying to enter the elevator.
I decided to not go with them but to continue walking down the stair. It occurred to me that I could just go through walls. I tried but it didn’t work, I could only go a few centimeters into the wall no more than that. I assume here I have a limiting belief, I continued walking down the stair until I reached the underground level, I was surprised I saw no door, I turned my head around to look for a door, then a door was there, but strangely I thought that door wasn’t there a few seconds before, I walked in the grand underground parking of that building I could see a shining light from the sun coming from the entrance of the parking.
