Alpha Mind Control mp3 review

Ok, I just listened to the Alpha Mind Control mp3 from The Super Mind Evolution System, I had no particular expectation about this track. I have been surprised how relaxing it was. It is a 30 minutes binaural beats program with some guided instruction.
The beats are masked with guitar riffs and music.

My experience:
The track starts with a voice guiding with suggestions to relax, the guide encourages to connect with what he calls the “higher self” and the “universal mind”, he also gives suggestions to attract “love” and “wealth”.
At some point, he stops talking and you can enjoy long moment of relaxation. On this point the track delivers. I experienced time distortion, I couldn’t tell how many minutes elapsed since the track started, I experienced moment of detachment and almost loss of awareness pretty much like falling asleep. Toward, the end of the track my body felt cold this is an indication to me that I shifted into deeper relaxation.

This program is worth trying, it is good for stress relief since it is completely free when you become a member of their web site .
If you use it please do not forget to let go of your thoughts especially the daily concerns, focus your attention on the music or on your breath instead.
