How to be good at manifesting your perfect day
By- Creating your perfect day
- Manifesting with the Mercedes-Benz mentality exercise
- The art of feeling good
I want to share tips to get better with creating or manifesting. An important rule of success with this is “persistence” , inconstancy will get you nowhere. If you do your visualisation or your affirmations just when you feel like doing them as opposed to everyday, it might not work so well.
It is like this with every important changes, they need to be worked out on a very regular basis. I do not think Michael Phelps (won 14 career Olympic gold medals, the most by any Olympian. As of 2008, he also holds seven world records in swimming.) would have been a champion of that magnitude if he had trained when he felt like doing it.
If you decide to use visualisation and affirmations make sure that you use these techniques everyday avoid as much as you can to miss a day. It is a very good opportunity to teach yourself that you are the master of your mind and the leader of your destiny.
One guy I know is very inconsistent, he would pick up a book about creating, apply the technique for a week, then he would be distracted by something else and give up on the technique to only briefly return three weeks later to conclude that this kind of stuffs doesn’t work.
If you want something develop “stick-to-it-ness”.
Another very important aspect is the intensity of your feelings, when you do your visualisation or affirmations. The more intense your feelings are when you visualize the faster your visualization or affirmations will turn into a physical materialization.
Try to increase the intensity of your feelings a little bit everyday as you go with your visualisation or affirmation. That should helps you a lot, if it becomes just a habit , the practise will lose its effectiveness.
