How to use the Love Meditation to change your past and influence positively your present and future

Lyrics interfere with the thinking process, the first step for that person will be to fill herself with love, once and only when that person is feeling the energy, this person can start to connect with a recent memory where the issue of “not standing out\being unnoticed” appeared, it will be necessary to view the event like a movie in the third person.
That person will have to ask herself to be guided to the earliest memory of “not standing out\being unnoticed” where it did actually originate for many people it will be an early childhood event often it will involve a family situation.
Once the original event is at front of that person, she can send Love energy to her past self until the past self is radiant with love. Now, that the present and the past self are radiant with Love, that person can replay the original event not as a painful episode of life but as a learning sequence, when replaying the event in that state with a focus on the wisdom and learning that person is gaining precious knowledge about herself and her life.
Once this is over, the event can finally be replayed but this time in an advantageous way and at the first person. If it involved a father that kept saying “you are useless my girl, I do not have time for you!” The visualisation of the father dedicating time to his daughter will be beneficial, it is important to always keep sending Love when visualising.
Once this is over, that person that can move to other events that shaped her belief of “not standing out\being unnoticed”, it will be challenging to review a full life in one session there is often important emotional release with working with just one event.
If you decide to use this technique go slow, may be, work one event per session , one session per day for a month that will be great rewriting. If done correctly it is a very transformational exercise, the keys to success are a good ability to visualise and to follow a visualisation scenario, the ability to feel and work with the Love energy and persistence to keep up day after day.
