I have been fascinated by people with strong motivation such as the Olympic champions that’s the reason I like so much the Olympic games for once I can see people with integrity. They set a goal and they go for it, everything that get in the way is pushed away, they are single-minded individuals.
A single-minded person has his feelings and thoughts working completely together, no matter what you think what you feel will always win, if you think of cleaning your house but you feel like bored and not doing it then the feeling will dictate your behavior. You will do nothing.

If you have a big goal but you feel small, you will hesitate and not keep it to the end.
Do you see the importance of being single-minded ? Think doing one thing, feel doing that thing and then doing that thing.
When a single-minded person decides to go for a goal as I said he has integrity with it. Integrity means unbroken completeness, The quality or condition of being complete; pure.
I read an interview of Olympic champion Michael Phelps and he said something like he trains 10 hours a day and when he has free time he works on his car and listen to hip hop music, he also said he likes that lifestyle and he doesn’t want to trade it.
The reason that some of you hope to be taken care of by the president, the government, the UFO , the 2012 is simply because you do not have integrity, you think you cannot make it by yourself.

The world doesn’t change only you DO change. It will do no good to you, to say, “well, I want to change, I want to learn about myself, I want to explore my inner potential but I also want the president to take care of the economy so I can earn more and live better”

The president ? The president has no effect what-so-ever on the economy. Only yourself can take care of your finance, you have no job then create one, you believe you need something outside to do so ? No, not really, what you can do is to eliminate defeating feelings and you will do fine, your thoughts and feelings have to work together, when you become single-minded and you have integrity you will do very fine.
