Explore your meditations
ByBut now, there is something more interesting, someone told me that he meditates for two years and it helped him to relax and evacuate the stress after his work time. But he didn’t get anything grand and he wanted so much something mind blowing experience or some AH HA.
Well, if you want some discovery the meditation must have a movement if you achieve a point of quietness or even a point of nothingness, try to explore that nothingness, in the nothing there is something.
“Everything is emptiness and form is condensed emptiness” (Einstein)
Great creativity is in that emptiness, nothingness or void. Just intent to explore it. In the void you discover everything. I will not write my experience with it, no two individuals will have similar experience so that will be a full surprise if you do it yourself. As Capek wrote in The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physic:
“In Quantum Field Theory, the distinction between particles and space surrounding them loses its original sharpness, and the void is recognized as a dynamic quantity of paramount importance. In Einstein’s field equations, matter cannot be separated from its field of gravity, and the field of gravity cannot be separated from the curved space.
Matter and space are thus seen to be inseparable and interdependent parts of a single whole. Modern physics shows us once again that material objects are not distinct entities but are inseverable links to the environment, that their properties can only be understood in terms of the interaction with the rest of the world. A quantum field is a field which can take the form of quanta or particles.
Quantum field is seen as the fundamental physical entity, a continuous medium which is present everywhere in space.”
As you understand the void, the nothingness and the emptiness, the quantum field, it is all the same thing in the nothing there is everything.
