If one gets into theta, it&#039;s because the music made the person sleepy-- not any binuaral tones. But the above might work, kinda like autogenic training.</description>

		<description>Louis, I understand you reach Theta in a lying down position. Do you use any sort of head support while lying down? Do you lie down in bed or on the floor? If in bed (which my case) what sort of overall condition do you provide for your body to be comfortable and avoid back or neck pressure? &lt;br&gt;I am asking because I have been trying to meditate early in the morning, upon awakening, and i often feel a lot of pressure in my neck, which disturbs my practice. I have no idea what is causing this, but would appreciate any advice you may have. Thanks. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Valerie</description>
