How to be free of the energy of “competition”

I read that General Motors, Chrysler and Ford are nearing bankruptcy, in the past we had giant automakers like the big three aforementioned blocking all innovations. Just like in the movie Tucker from George Lucas and Coppola, it tells the story of a small innovative automaker put out of the market by the giants from Detroit. In the movie the giants use their power to prevent the Tucker car to be produced. In the real auto industry it is like this too, it is like this in almost any industry. Now what we see because the oil crisis and now the financial industry crisis is the emergence of smaller very innovative automakers from India and other Asians countries. Like that small Indian electrical car the REVA you plug it on a electrical outlet and it recharges itself after six hours, small and economical, now, the giants aren’t in a position where they can use their financial power to kick out the smaller players.
That car is selling well in UK and India, there is a place for it in this new world.

As I said in an earlier post, in the present time we are adjusting worldwide in three areas , wealth/money, Politic and the military. These has been unfolding for a couple of years now. How do I know that ? Is this some clairvoyant stuff ? Well, no not at all, it is very simple I observe. If you start to observe you will notice these things however you cannot use the news media as the goggle to view the change, most news media are here to tell you how to live rather than inform, again, if you observe the news media, what you will see ? Some guy telling “Should we be afraid of ….? ” something and then we have a so called expert telling us the reason why we should or shouldn’t be afraid of something like the economy , a virus , a man or anything. It isn’t really information it is receiving orders.
News media are here to preserve the good functioning of the institution. Don’t panic everything is in control , this is what tell us!

Now, to observe the change of the world you can see them just about everywhere around. How come mom and poppy from a remote secluded area can start their online business with no staffs and advanced business knowledge and make as much money as a small company ? It does happen I’m in contact with such people …it happens because of the change we are undergoing collectively.

What do you find in some remote areas of African countries ? Banks and they use a system called micro-credit whereby people can borrow small sums and repay with their cell phone, this system is working very well. They are changes all around just open your eyes and you will see them.

There is one specific change that people will have to learn by themselves it is moving from “competition” to “allowing”.
What I want to talk about is the energy of the competition, a belief system based on premises such as:

- Make a quick bucks at any cost before it is too late
- The end justifies the means
- Only the fittest survive and succeed

You can clearly see this belief system of competition at play with what is doing Lex Luthor in America you can also call him Henry Paulson. That so called “rescue package” to help the financial system is just an attempt to make money for him and his cronies while they still have time. The end justified the means they threatened congress with martial law if the plan fails to pass. The cronies are the fittest.

Change isn’t to be feared because change is happening all the time, if you lose a job or experience a drop in your business activity, it is good opportunity to update your vision for your present and future, there is no point to forever do the same thing.
Competition doesn’t need to be a part of the equation. The number of available jobs isn’t carved in stones, at this present time, new form of business will unfold and new jobs that didn’t exist will appear and this phenomena has already been unfolding for many years now.

The competitors need not be “removed” if you self-actualize your sense of self-worth and self-confidence , you will do just fine because you will produce the appropriate belief system to work or develop a business whereby other entities cooperate rather than compete.

Competition is not the source of innovation, the drive for change and exploration are the motivation. They invented the airplane not because some guy at some point wanted to compete with horses and automobiles but because the desire to fly has been present.
As Sanaya Roman wrote in one of her book, One of the greatest rewards is knowing you are making meaningful contribution to society, that you are helping people create better lives for themselves.

You can exist in work and business without having to compete with pairs and companies. It just a question of cultivating the belief system about your self-worth, value and sense of safety. If you compete with someone it is because somehow you feel threatened, if you let go of that belief and focus on what you want you will move forward faster the energy used for conserving your due and advantages will be invested in creativity which lead to innovation and potential better business.
It is possible if you are in an activity that you love if you are doing your passion. At this time, many people are changing careers they do something they love I see it all the time everywhere. Staying at a job you don’t like isn’t going to help because you are cultivating a defeating fear based belief system in any crises that kind of belief you will count among the first victims.
