Better, Longer Lucid Dreams

If you never had a lucid dream and you wish to have you can succeed very quickly within 30-40 days.
First the possibility to have a lucid dream must be available in your belief system otherwise you are wasting your time, if you have blocks remove them with EFT
.
- Each morning write your dreams with as much details as you can, give a title to your dreams and try to identify the general theme.
- Study the symbols in your dreams, on the long run, you will develop an useful dictionary of your own dream symbols, avoid at any cost books about dream symbols they are worthless, dream symbols are individual.
- When you have a lot of dreams, check out for premonitory content, on November 26, 2004 I dreamt that I was on the roof on a hotel on some island then from the sea I saw a tidal wave approaching the coast when the tidal wave hit the coast it took everything on his way, the actual event happened on December 26, 2004. Do a few minutes of energy work (tai chi) before going to bed and may be some progressive muscles relaxation, it does help greatly to promote the state of lucid dreaming.
Stephen Laberge the researcher about lucid dreams has a technique he calls spinning, it helps to prolong the lucid dream.
Spinning · When in a lucid dream and the dream began to fade, while you still felt the dream body, spin around like a top, as rapidly as possible. Beginning in a vertical or standing position, turn around on a point with your arms outstretched.
