Sweeping at front of my porch

I had a second look at this Intention Experiment from Lynne McTaggart. The page at http://www.theintentionexperiment.com/ says “The experiment has now begun.”

I understand they are caring people and stuffs, you are an individual that care if you are part of it. However, something I don’t understand , why they wan’t to bring peace in “hotspot” of the world , when they are so much things to fix in the western world ? I know we tend to see ourselves as superior and others as inferior beings who need to be saved.

I’m sure that if you can’t sweep at front of your own porch and clean your house, you will not be able to do that for someone else. I heard from a movie the following line “We need to save Africa from the Africans“. Many people think like this.

I do not think these kind of reasonings are conducive to positive changes. I think the old adage still apply here, “Change first and others will follow”. If you are from a country like USA what people see from you ? Non-stop violence from your movies , your war in Iraq and Afghanistan…not much material to inspire peace.
