Progressive Relaxation
ByRobert Bruce author of Astral Dynamic and Energy Work recommends to use progressive relaxation, a method if done properly can relax all muscles groups. It is very important to have full body relaxation if you want to attempt any type of deep trance work (OOBE, lucid dream, etc….)
Below is a video about “progressive relaxation” in a stress reduction situation. You can do the same exercise before a Gateway Experience session or to prepare for any type of deep trance work. If you play with Immrama try that, your session will be deeper.
