ZPoint process replaces Open Focus training in my program
As you know I moved from a heavy program taking most of my daytime to a simplified one, I’m also more into experimenting than following the same routines over and over.
This being said, I dropped off the Open-Focus training because it is too time consuming 2 x 40 minutes this is too much.
According to the Open Focus Website FAQ:
Open Focus is a time-tested method of attention training that can dramatically reduce stress related symptoms and enhance well-being, using principles developed in the field of neurofeedback.
It helps with ADD, ADHD, eyesight problems and stress related condition from a meditator stand point, the open focus state deepen intuition and promote mindfulness and tranquility.
I already have most of the benefit associated with Open-Focus simply by doing my favorite exercise , picking up a feeling such happiness and improving that feeling each day.
Now, I will experiment during the next 30 days with the Zpoint process it is only 30-35 minutes long. One my friend did it and now he is completely changed, he is happier , more confident , etc….I want to observe the impact of the ZPoint process on my already effective routines. I still tend to be attracted by negative stuffs, in the ZPoint practise you do not need to know the “Why” and “What”.
The process connects directly with the subconscious and do the work behind the scene. Thats why many people prefer the ZPoint over EFT
to heal issues because with EFT you have to know , what is your problem and its source.
I still like EFT very much and I don’t plan to drop it but I will see if the ZPoint pay off.
