Tired of Hemi-sync and Brainsync try EquiSync

I tried the Equisync Enlightenment CD for 3 days and felt nothing. I tried the 3 tracks. Then, I got curious about the Balance CD and it was the 2nd track that started giving me some body signs that revealed me I was in the alpha state. I never practiced meditation before, although I know everything about Buddhism, however, I follow the Gurdjieff and Ouspensky teachings which, if you are not aware, tell us how to do quite the same thing as meditation in our everyday lives while performing our daily tasks. I also believe the Balance CD was more appropriate for me because my life is also dedicated to collective causes, my personal life is totally under control and has no real importance to me, but the Equisync Balance CD was able to relieve my life long severe depression and after only 3 days of practicing, my chronic insomnia condition which had been lasting for over 27 years seemed to be finally healed too. I am truly amazed, really.

Seen the same comment from same poster on other sites, accused of being a fake on those sites to sell equisync. Be AWARE, not saying equisync is bad as I haven't tried it.

I have Equisync Enlightenment, but cannot hear the binaural tone. Is this just me? I have another binaural CD (not Equisync) where I can clearly hear a background tone so it's not my hearing that's at fault. I've listened to Enlightenment at several different volumes to no avail. Could the CD be faulty? I have contacted Equisync who tell me it's there and if I listen often enough I'll hear it! I'm asking for a replacement or my money back, but wondered if anyone who's listened to it can tell me if it's easy to hear?

I have used the first three levels of Holosync. I had good results but at $180 each it got very expensive. Then I found Equisync and can not believe there is a product this good and this inexpensive. I have been amazed at the results (and only for $35). I have bought one for my daughter and one for my best friend. Highly recommended.

Medito des de hace mas de 20 años y he hecho varios cursos de Hemi-Sync y conozco Jeffrey Tompson, Brain Sync, LS machines, CES, etc.

El CD de Balance, utilizado con intención, me deja en un estado de punto cero, observador, como algo muy real y físico.

I was looking for current information on meditation and was checking here to see if any opinions had been published on the EquiSync Balance. I learned meditation techniques ions ago and, given the time, I truly believe that meditation is psychologically productive. However, the caveat has always been time 'left alone'. I disagree with the equisync claim of excessive amounts of time required. In fact, they are ridiculous. You do not need to live and breathe meditation in order to enjoy its benefits. I was able, when permitted, to meditate for as little as 15 minutes and that was satisfactory. Perhaps, I will simply return to my mantra and the methods prescribed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Some people told me this CD did nothing for them.

hi louis! i just wanted to ask you if you ever listened to "the secret universal mind meditation" from brain sync. what do you think about it? i am listening to this cd for over 2 months, but nothing new happened, except many periods with great calm. i am waiting for the changes to happen. what is your opinion, should i continue?
