Tired of Hemi-sync and Brainsync try EquiSync

hi louis! i just wanted to ask you if you ever listened to “the secret universal mind meditation” from brain sync. what do you think about it? i am listening to this cd for over 2 months, but nothing new happened, except many periods with great calm. i am waiting for the changes to happen. what is your opinion, should i continue?

Some people told me this CD did nothing for them.

I was looking for current information on meditation and was checking here to see if any opinions had been published on the EquiSync Balance. I learned meditation techniques ions ago and, given the time, I truly believe that meditation is psychologically productive. However, the caveat has always been time ‘left alone’. I disagree with the equisync claim of excessive amounts of time required. In fact, they are ridiculous. You do not need to live and breathe meditation in order to enjoy its benefits. I was able, when permitted, to meditate for as little as 15 minutes and that was satisfactory. Perhaps, I will simply return to my mantra and the methods prescribed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

I have used the first three levels of Holosync. I had good results but at $180 each it got very expensive. Then I found Equisync and can not believe there is a product this good and this inexpensive. I have been amazed at the results (and only for $35). I have bought one for my daughter and one for my best friend. Highly recommended.

I have Equisync Enlightenment, but cannot hear the binaural tone. Is this just me? I have another binaural CD (not Equisync) where I can clearly hear a background tone so it’s not my hearing that’s at fault. I’ve listened to Enlightenment at several different volumes to no avail. Could the CD be faulty? I have contacted Equisync who tell me it’s there and if I listen often enough I’ll hear it! I’m asking for a replacement or my money back, but wondered if anyone who’s listened to it can tell me if it’s easy to hear?

I tried the Equisync Enlightenment CD for 3 days and felt nothing. I tried the 3 tracks. Then, I got curious about the Balance CD and it was the 2nd track that started giving me some body signs that revealed me I was in the alpha state. I never practiced meditation before, although I know everything about Buddhism, however, I follow the Gurdjieff and Ouspensky teachings which, if you are not aware, tell us how to do quite the same thing as meditation in our everyday lives while performing our daily tasks. I also believe the Balance CD was more appropriate for me because my life is also dedicated to collective causes, my personal life is totally under control and has no real importance to me, but the Equisync Balance CD was able to relieve my life long severe depression and after only 3 days of practicing, my chronic insomnia condition which had been lasting for over 27 years seemed to be finally healed too. I am truly amazed, really.

Seen the same comment from same poster on other sites, accused of being a fake on those sites to sell equisync. Be AWARE, not saying equisync is bad as I haven't tried it.

I looked into this EquiSync thing after seeing an ad on Facebook. Being totally anti-ad, this was only the 2nd ad I've clicked on in the last 2 years or so. I'm skeptical at best but if I could find it for free I'd try it. If it's out there, it's not hard for a pirate like me to find. I've downloaded (using torrents) the EquiSync Brainwave series (3rd CD I believe) and am almost done downloading the 1st 2 CDs. So ya, I pretty much stole it. I started listening to the CD that I had aquired last night. Haven't noticed any changes in myself but I'm new to the whole meditation thing. I can hear the tones though. Sounds like there's a high, a not so high, and an ultra deep tone that play behind the sounds of rain and water. If you can't hear it, have your ears checked cuz it's definitely there. I'm somewhat of an audiophile too so the tones were immediately apparent to me. I'm researching more about what these things are supposed to do, but like I say, nothing noticable yet. (after one night)

I learned the 1st tran. med. 2 syllable mantra/technique almost 17 years ago. The late Maharishi’s
techniques are extremely expensive. The path is to learn a new tran. med. technique each year or so
& these techniques cost $1,500 to $5,000 for the TM-Sidhis, not including accomodations.
Natural Stress Relief costs much less.

Are you hoping Brain Sync might cure you of stealing?

To say that the Balance CD is more appropriate to you is somewhat of a misnomer.  You started with the wrong CD.  You should start with entrainment at the alpha level, regardless of the program you’re using, and progress down to delta (unless you are already an accomplished student of meditation – and even then it’s not a bad idea b/c unless you know what brain wave state you are reaching with your meditation).  You started at theta, so it is understandable that you didn’t have the results you might have hoped for.  Would you go to the gym as a sedentary person and immediately start doing a bodybuilding routine that a seasoned athlete would do? Training your brain/mind is no different.  I owned and spent six hours a night in a sensory deprivation tank for a year (which also allows you to reach lower brain wave states over time while remaining alert).  As time went by, the results I achieved were radically different than the previous phase.  I haven’t tried this particular program, but the same should happen with you if the program works as advertised and you use the CDs in the correct order for long enough.  BTW, the results I got with the tank were essentially what Equisync says you will achieve with three phases their CDs supposedly take you through.

Moron. As someone who tries to make a living by creating and selling digital goods I am exposed to ignorant idiots like FrostLab above almost daily.
I have heard every excuse known that thieves of digital goods use including:
“I cant afford it, its too expensive, I am unemployed – poor – disabled”
Answer: This is NOT food it is a luxury item you have no moral justification in stealing digital publications”
“Big companies can afford a loss, its normal, they expect it, they must be making a lot of money to run the website they have anyway”
Answer: I run 2 websites I am 1 person working from her spare bedroom I am not rich and I work incredible hours to make my living. The ignorance and arrogance of thieves like you cost me dearly as they freely redistribute mine and other peoples publications illegally on torrent websites and then get “thanks” from the other ignorant idiots who download it illegally themselves

NEWSFLASH: Only a tiny % of website owners are making millions of dollars. Most are one man bands or a small group of people who are earning a living by working to sell products to honest paying customers.
Stealing digital content is morally absolutely no different than shop lifting physical goods.

The sooner the law is introduced to punish knowing thieves like FrostLab just as they would a shop lifter the better.

Of course when people hide behind “user names” any trace of humanity vanishes.

I PURCHSED the Equisync the HoloSync and the LaxMan mind machine and I have been using all 3 for various amounts of time… based on my response to the above I clearly have a long way to go yet! lol

But I have noticed less anxiety and phobia symptoms but I would not make a judgement on them until I have used them for 6 months really. 

Demo rain sound and pulse beats are sharp, ugly sounding,  sorry. I think of a shower, or a gutter with water or a flood. I have ordered the rest which will sound the same. Too bad it is not  beautiful music. I’ll give it  a try and return if I don’t get any results.
