Meditation Mastery Induced OOBE
I don’t know if there is a connection but I had a spontaneous OOBE half a hour after my Meditation Mastery. I have heard of others Meditation Mastery users developing OOBE skill as a result of the work with that product.
The exit out of the body was particularly interesting, it was exactly when we fall alsleep but here only my body went to sleep my mind remained awake, when the physical body was completely asleep, I could feel my energy becoming smaller or contracting itself to the point I could feel an impression of separation between the body and the energy.
I was out I was floating I was seeing roofs of building those weren’t Spanish architectural style; the use of red bricks is typical of the North of France and Central Europe more generally, my guess is that I was somewhere in my hometown Brussels (Belgium), today, I go to Barcelona to spend the week end so I focused on being there I found strange that instead I was in someplace else, may be, I have to learn to navigate in that new environment I guess .
I also intended to contact some kind of guide or someone from that environment something showed up however it is impossible to describe , it was like something in my visual field fluctuate and expressed something, I also heard voice actually it was my own voice like in talking out loud, I was saying complete banality such as “the coffee is warm”
I will see if I have more OOBE in the coming days.

Nice. OBEs seem to be one of those states i can access much easier than lucid dreaming & other energy related work.
Years back I experimented with various techniques, Binaural beats really worked wonderfully for me…More than anything … the best technique that worked for me was wake up intentionally at night from sleep around 2 or 3 am, have a water or something, & quickly go back to bed….i would project easily this way.

I actually experienced my first OOBE from Meditation Mastery and Psychic Mastery too. Talking to my coach at the guild she explained that the meditations expand the consciousness multi-dimensionally which is how the OOBE happens. She also mentioned that the OOBE in itself is not the goal, but just a side effect that can be used for learning from astral guilds like the Asharem. Also interesting is that she mentioned that each of the programs helps to move into a different level of the astral.

The Asharem is an astral guild that Hieu teaches from and I’m told that others are welcome to study there also. A friend of mine who introduced me to the life mastery teachers has travelled to this guild while having an oobe. She told me that many ascended masters teach there.

This is interesting, I had another OOBE yesterday afternoon. I will see if I can reach that Asharem the next time.
