Developing and balancing the chakras system has become very easy lately thanks to all these CDs and course to achieve this.
I’m going to talk about some products from the current offer in this area.

Let’s start by the unguided CDs, they are typically music CD with or without brainwave entrainment in them.

Steve Halpern’s Chakra Suite

Chakra Suite is the remastered version of the 70’s album Spectrum Suite (I own one). It was designed to stimulate the chakras, at least this is what the author said in an interview published in the early 80’s nowadays Chakra Suite is marketed as a CD to balance the chakras.
If you know some chakra meditations and exercises may be from yoga or other, this CD will provide excellent background music. I have done during several months chakra breathing exercises with the original CD as background music, it was always great moment. Good product, thumb up.

Hemi-Sync Chakra Journey

Based on the same principle than the Chakra Suite CD with musical tracks to focus on the chakras, from the root (key of C), to the crown (key of B), this one add the Hemi-Sync© technology to the mix.
I like Hemi-Syncã products they always deliver if you have chakra exercises of your own this could be a good aid CD providing you can do your meditation with headphone.

Doreen Virtue’s Chakra Clearing (Book and CD)

This product is complete it is a book and a CD to cleanse, balance the chakras. I bought a tape by Doreen Virtue in the past, it was a fine tape with music by Steven Halpern.
Doreen talks of her product in those terms:

“This book and CD will help you understand the functions of the major chakras,
and esoteric methods for clearing them of fear. Your natural state is one of high energy,
intuition, and creativity. You don’t need to add anything to yourself to enjoy
these characteristics—you already own them within yourself. Just like a sculptor needs to
chip away the parts of the statue that aren’t part of the ultimate creation, you only
need to clear away fear to reveal your innate qualities.”— Doreen Virtue

I don’t have this one but based on the review on Amazon.com It is a decent package however many seem to be disappointed as well. I let you check out and make your own opinion.

Kelly Howell’s Awakening Kundalini

I don’t guarantee this product will awaken your kundalini as promised in the title, I know guys who worked with this CD without much success as far as kundalini is concerned. However, I tend to believe that this CD is a decent product to work on the chakra, Kelly Howell has a great voice and her CDs are usually good. Her other product for kundalini the Ectasy CD (unguided) worked well for me when I did my kundalini stuffs, I just regret it does not have subliminal.

Stephane Hemon’s 7 Chakras Meditation (Ideagasms)

This package is composed of 7 separated meditations (mp3) with PDF files for instructions and information about the chakras. Each meditation is about 20-30 minutes long, it is a complete balancing chakras kit based on shamans knowledge it is a very good product if you have the time to invest in it. I highly recommend this one to everyone if you begin with this.
The author Stephane Hemon recommends to have your chakras checked by someone with a pendulum, he gives instructions to do that. If you don’t have someone you can easily find someone on “new age” and related forums.
Salecopy talks about relationship, dating and stuffs however even if you don’t mind about that this kit is an excellent self-realization tool.

XtremeMind Kundalini Activator

This is my favorite product about 40 minutes long very neat with brainwaves, subliminales and guidance.
Additionally with this product you receive a mp3 called Chakra Activator, it is very good if you listen to it during Chi breathing.
This is the best for me ….I’m still use it today.
