@Jasper, try to be without judgement,of course, if an upsetting situation comes at you, you will feel the anger. But try to observe the anger....You are not your body. Anger is a body thing it is a chemical reaction, moods are chemicals reaction. By getting back in the Observer mode, you are yourself and you can observe that anger and outside condition without being affected by them.

@Balbina, thanks for your viewpoint on tolerance. I never looked at it that way.

Yes, it is all about [automatic] reactions... and after all the experiences are just a reflection of inner belief systems.

However I would not use the word "tolerance" which I consider to be rather an insult. It is only judgment which is not followed by some punishment. So tolerance is not an evolved state of being. What is needed is acceptance - of oneself and thereby of the "others". But this of course is somewhat more difficult to reach than tolerance.

Cheers

Nice post!

Staying in the Compassionate, unconditional love state of mind, is the trick to get along well with people.
In my personal experience, I found it less easy to do that, after I had worked on my solar plexus chakra, because I started to see peoples attacks and vamping more clearly.
Now, I´m reclaiming that state of love&tolerance, by (re)opening my heart.

You can only love your neighbor as much as you can love yourself, so accept and love yourself first, then take this outwards.

be well, all of you!
