In his book Money is Love Klaus Joehle said something like ‘We don’t get what we believe but we get what we radiate out’, I think it is an accurate statement. What do you radiate out ?
You radiate your programming stored in the DNA as electrical signals.

May be, you pick up a magazine with a picture of a nice beautiful yacht in it and you say well I’m going to visualize myself owning that yacht so I create the experience for myself . You do it and nothing happen, it is because you are focusing on ‘Not Having It’ or and most probably your programming make that you dont accept to receive that. You can only create what you accept otherwise manifesting from visualisation will not work.
If deep inside you, something says ‘I Do not deserve do be wealthy’ this is what you radiate out to the Universe, the Universe will bring you experience related to that, visualizing yourself in a yacht wont do anything to you.

May be, you want to create a relationship but you believe you don’t deserve or you have some hidden fears and secretly think that it is best not to create a relationship, these things need to be addressed first before you can create something.

In the Universe there is no such thing like deserving, you can create anything you want, yes, some people would want to create sick experiences but then the Universe is not judgemental. Some robbers don’t have a belief about being caught or being jailed, therefore they are never caught and they don’t go to jail, they rob from people who want be stolen. You should be surprised many people or group want to be stolen and even abused.

In practical terms, if you want something I would suggest to do like Klaus and this is also what I’m doing right now with the $3.6 millions exercise, bring the feeling of what you want into yourself and increased it each day. At some point, this new radiation will be so much stronger than your past programming that you will finally get what you want. Does that make sense ?!
