Advices for deep trance meditations

By Louis Yagera

Note: This post is also relevant if you play with The Gateway Experience CDs
I have been playing with The Zapper MP3 and Brain Sync Ecstasy to reach deep trance, I did a few meditations with Dick Sutphen s The Zapper MP3 and a few with Ecstasy. I got better results with Ecstasy than with The Zapper, The Zapper was supposed to be the most powerful tool of the two ?
They both embed theta brainwave pattern, The Zapper is one track of 1 hour 13, it is dull , boring and repetitive the first night I couldn’t get into any deep trance state, the second night with The Zapper the trance was such that I fell almost asleep, the third night wasn’t successful.
I then switch to the Brainsync Ectsacy , 2 tracks both around 28 minutes with Brainsync, I was able to build the proper energy, I was able to reach the 3D blackness, I had a sense of bi-location (being in two locations in same time), I had also a sense of movement and being with someone else, I also saw images , it was like I was over a forest. I did the sending out love and it was a great experience, my last experience yesterday was even better in term of sending out love however, I didn’t reach the 3D blackness, I didn’t build to proper energy.

What I do during this meditation that I call Kundalini Love Meditation
During 7 minutes I do autogenic training to relax myself.
After, I count backward from 100 to 1, during the count I breathe and on the exhale I raise ying chi to my brain.
When I finish the count I continue raising ying chi , it takes about 40 minutes to reach the 3D blackness assuming I’m in the proper energetic state, (you cant reach the 3D blackness if you have a headache induced by too much time on the computer or too much television)
When you have that less than 3D feelings, you have I believe open some kind of door, they are many things you can do from experiencing unconditional love by sending out love, you can work with affirmations usually they manifest faster I had experience where they manifested immediately, you can jump into Focus 21 and explore other realities or you can contact and communicate with your soul , higher self, whatever you want to call it.
I have found that some activities demand a higher level of concentration than others.

My advices if you want to go that route, do not meditate with something in the stomach, don’t take a heaving meal the night you plan to meditate, remove yourself from any EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field) such as TV or computer screen at least 3 or 4 hours prior to meditate, this make sure EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pollution) will not prevent you to build the proper energetic state. It is relevant information, if like me you are sensitive to EMF, I cant hold a mobile phone in my pocket for instance, I feel like something is bubbling inside me and I can have the pain stay for weeks.

Now, if you are really hungry the night you want to meditate in deep trance, have a small meal made of fruits or may be fruit juice if you have the machine to do your own juice or try a salad. But by all mean, avoid sweet, bread, pasta , potatoes, meats. If you want to reach higher energy system then you need a body compatible with higher energy system.
